Im from out of state traveling with a 5th wheel and had a major breakdown with my tow vehicle. Wasnt prepared to buy a new truck but my experience here was wonderful. Worst customer service experience I have ever had with any business in my life couldnt order the part I requested then forced me to buy even tho they know they ordered the wrong parts 2 times then tried telling me I was lying about everything so bad... unfortunately all they care about is money and screwing people over I guess...

Extremely Helpful! I was stranded in Bend with a broken electronic steering in my Sierra. They were booked out for days and moved me to the top of the list to get me on the road and get me back to Seattle. Im very grateful for what they did.

Called yo set up service work. Couldnt even schedule anything. They said they would call me or email me back a scheduling time to bring it in.Never called .

I dont own a Chevy, never even considered one. I cant say that I associate with those that are brand loyal to Chevy. However due to my preferred manufacturer making an interior modification, I no longer fit in the update version of my truck. Ive visited all the Bend dealerships to see what vehicles I do fit (almost none, Im REALLY tall). I was only doing basic research as Im still about a year out from making a purchase and the customer service I received was quite good. The salesman knew the specs of the trucks, the options and was able to answer all my questions without consulting a window sticker or other resource. Having bought another vehicle earlier this month and also visiting all the dealerships to look at trucks, this is unfortunately an uncommon occurrence among car salesmen (havent crossed paths with a car saleswomen). We didnt talk pricing/financing, inventory, or other things associated. I felt that my interaction with Bend Chevy was above average and based on my experience, I wouldnt want anyone to not visit based on the previous Google Review/Rating. Still not sure that I want to drive a Chevy though.

Do not buy a car from them, they sold us a 2017 Ford Explorer that passes safety inspection only to find out that one of our tires is completely different than the other 3. It is a 4 wheel drive so all of the tires need to match for tred and other reasons. They said best they can do is order 1 new tire, we would still have the same issue... the likelyhood of an accident is high and My kids would be in danger driving the car like this! crooked sales people with an agenda. They only want to help you if you need a new car. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Apparently didnt need the service after all, and they didnt tell me. I had to read it on the paperwork.
