I go here at least twice a month. Between convenience goods, gas and having el super burrito. Its a random place I frequent myself.

Dont go to this one. Theres a kid with a really bad attitude. I get that its hot but please dont hit my car and insult my intelligence. This isnt highschool. Grow up.

Convient spot! Place was a bit dirty but there was a ton of foot traffic so its understandable.

If I could rate this place no stars I would. Tirzah is the manager and Jackie the cashier allow harrasment and hate crimes to happen . This place is so bad police reports have been filled, and BOLI is investigating. Shop elsewhere

Overall, great quick stop to pick up some snacks and buy gasoline. Plenty of parking. There is a great Super Burrito taco shop inside with good quality food, try their Veggie Burrito with black beans.

Was Just there and I know it’s late (1:30am) me and my girlfriend stood inside for ten minutes couldn’t find the employee at all. We leaned over counter and yelled back to a door but no one responded and there parking lot has bunch of people sitting but no employees that we saw.

The crew here was great! Pulled up and the 2 guys were right on it with getting our pickup filled up. The lady at the counter was great(I love her tattoos 😉) she mentioned the sales and asked if I was a rewards member, which I am but I never use them. She pulled my rewards and saved me .40 a gallon on my fuel purchase. Big help since we live 4 hours away. On my next trip we will be stopping here again. Thank you.

Date and time of visit: 4/19/2020 at approximately 4:40pm.My wife and I stopped for gas. The attendant started the pump (this is Oregon, we cannot pump our own gas). The pump shut off and we waited for the attendant to remove the pump and let us go. There was one other customer, a young women with whom the attendant was talking to for a long while. After about five minutes of waiting for service, so we could leave, I honked the horn to get the attendants attention. He got upset stating that hes not a dog, and doesnt respond to honking. I said the pump has been been finished for a while, can you please take care of it. He responded telling me to get out and do it myself. I asked again. Eventually, he did his job, violently. My wife and I are in our 40s, mature and respectful. I believe the attendant was annoyed because he was flirting with the other customer. This was our first time at the station (we usually go to another one in Bend closer to our home). We wont go back.

Easy access is what drew us to this location. It ended up they also have a great selection of snacks, drinks and other things in their store. Their customer service was pretty good as well for a busy Sunday night.

Talk about a line of vehicles, and still managed to receive fast and courteous service! Easily accessible and easy to locate. visable from the main road. If you are looking for Diesel fuel...they have it! Bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. Small convenient store if you are looking for a quick snack or beverage.

Waited so long for someone to come fo our gas, then the employee tells us to pump our own gas. Husband gets out and starts pumping as another employee had a fit. Guy who told us to backed us up and got into it with the other guy about needing more people. It was a mess. Got our gas and got out of there. Employees there need more people rather than two while it was slammed. Cars all the way out into the road.

The person that pumps the gas was extremely rude yelled at my friend for not knowing she shouldnt pump gas when my friend told him it was her first time there and she didnt know he reply saying I dont care took off the pump then completely ignored us and kept pumping other peoples gas, Went inside to ask for the manager was told there was no manager the staff inside was polite and apologized for him and explained that it is OR law. Now I understand but what type of service is that? Never going back.

Great place to grab a cuppa Joe on the way to work. Really nice and friendly staff. Open 24 hours.

Spendy but convenient

Attendant was personable, they provide Chevron gas which I prefer and have restrooms. I would stop here again if in the area, but admit if you have to turn left leaving this station you could be there a while depending on time of day (we hit lights just right and made it out just as the wall of traffic was coming from both directions).

Holly was VERY rude and refused to show me my receipt to a Keno ticket, that was later proven to be a winning ticket. She has also been heard screaming at customers, using foul languages, and saying hurtful things to homeless customers. Ashley is also very rude for holding a management position! I feel like there are lots of drugs behind the scene.

The Chevron itself is clean,well stocked and has friendly employees. Whats more important is that its connected to Super Burrito !

Gas is way more expensive than many other stations. Service is good. I go there for the Super Burrito restaurant located inside which is awesome.

Lived near this gas station for almost 3 years now. I only go here when I absolutely have to. I have never once been able to get gas in under 15 minutes. Always always always understaffed. If you arent on empty go literally anywhere else in town for gas no matter how out of your way. This place is ridiculous.

6 am pulled in, only car in the lot. Took about ten minutes till the gas attendant showed up to my window to tell me it would be a few minutes because of a closing window. Whatever that means. I was confused so I didnt say anything and he was so professional to ask me does that confuse you? . Before I could respond about his outstanding customer service he walked away like he was in an arguement with his parents. He then walked up didnt say nothing, told him what I wanted and still nothing. Pumped it handed back my card, and walked away. No have a good day or would u like a receipt. Normally I could care less what some punks outgoing attitude is like but when you can cross the street and pump at shell and have them literally detail your entire car and offer to throw away any garbage you may have, that is good customer service. Dont waiste your time, go to shell!

Gas attendants here like so slow plaything pump speed. It literally took 10 minutes to out 13 gallons in. The station wasnt even busy!

This station is 2nd or 3rd coming from the East on Hwy 20, keep going and find gas for 20 cents cheaper along same Hwy 20 route through Bend, OR.

Attendant spilled gas all down my truck and still left it only 3/4 full. You cannot pump your own gas in Oregon, however. There is no air pressure at tbis station either. The Shell has air pressure.
