We love coming to this store. Their prices are much less than Whole Foods typically for their organic produce and have a great special selection of non-produce items as well that we don’t find anywhere else. The prices are remarkably low and in the evenings it’s generally quiet so it’s hassle free shopping

It really is sad and confusing when a store promoting “health, clean food, overall well being” is willing to FORCE YOU to SELF-HARM YOURSELF in order to purchase products from them when there is NO scientific evidence or studies proving that m a s k s work, yet i can find many many peer reviewed studies going into detail the harm they cause to ur body. Anyone complying with these g e n o c i d e draconian orders is part of the problem we all are facing today. If this whole thing was truly about ur health folks they would not force u to harm your health. The only way it can end is do not comply or consent to harming yourself. Just say NO! Simple. I will only support people that do not infringe on mine or others God given rights to breathe air.

Everything about this humble little store is awesome. All good, healthy, well priced foods. Many many many supplements and health products. They have a well stocked personal care section too. Small store but great big service to our community.

Love this little supermarket. Loads of good food, drink, and an enormous health/supplement section. Excellent collection of bulk foods - spices, nuts, snacks - all prepackaged and ready to take home at good prices. We head there regularly to refill our 5 gallon water jug with RO filtered water at $.25/gallon. Good water, tastes great, great value.

I love this store! Everything is organic and they have great prices, especially on spices. I needed wheat berries, which ate hard to find. Not only does Natural Grocer have wheat berries but they have a selection AND they’re organic! Amazing!

The young lady that helped me today stayed with me to qualify my vitamins and was ultimately able to help me with supplements for my wife! We needed liquid vitamins for compromised Swallowing difficulties.

Well, my Wife wants to move to Bend so she can be close to this store. Everything I have to buy online, is in this store for natural products.

This is always my favorite place to shop. The process are reasonable and everything is organic for the most part. Its a great place to get good quality vitamins as well. But what Ive especially appreciated is the open mind policy on mask wearing and the fact that they are accepting of customers and employees that may have health issues wearing masks. There are slot of us out there that are feeling very discriminated against because we cant wear masks for a variety of reasons. I have been welcomed and treated kindly even though Im not wearing a mask when I shop there. I very much appreciate that! Thank you so much!!!🥰

The employees and management in this store are phenomenal. It is my first go to store. In this Corona time they are especially cheerful and caring. I cannot thank them enough for their sacrifices to continue to serve our community. It is understood by most of us they are filling the shelves with what is available. We are learning to cook what they have in stock. Creativity abounds.

Ever since they opened a few years ago, I have been shopping here. I cant tell you enough positive stuff about my stores experiences. The workers are excellent and uplifting. Everytime there is a fine variety of foods to choose from.

Best place to find vegan items. Im always finding new fun products 🙂

Love Trader Joes, but the Bend store is definitely not as friendly as our former Trader Joes.

The best for vitamins!

Way more economical than Whole Paycheck (aka Whole Foods), very friendly staff, large HEALTHY selection of goods, free cooking demonstrations, and they have a large community area available for personal meetings.

Complained to management about so many of their employees wearing only ineffective face shields, and received a canned response that they will continue to ignore both CDC and local area guidance on mask usage. For a store that caters to the health conscious, they dont seem to care about this pandemic.

One of my favorite places to shop for a great selection of groceries and natural products. I love that nuts and seeds are bagged and stored the the refrigerator section to keep them fresh. You can find organic produce as well eggs, dairy and even exotic meats all priced really reasonably. There is a cold case in middle of the store with ready to eat wraps, salads and vegan desserts. Everything you need from organic broccoli, to toilet paper and toothpaste. Definitely worth checking out

This store has one of the best atmospheres for grocery shopping. The company seems humble, and focused on healthfood. They offer one of the greatest raw, organic, and healthy varieties of food in Bend. They have your basic items, but also specialty things. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Love it!!

We really like that store.All the people that work there are very nice and helpful.

This place is clean and well stocked. Some prefixed meals, nutritional yeast is $4.00 cheaper than whole foods. Has plenty of fresh produce,lots of variety in the freezers and displays. They have a great variety of supplements and beauty supplies. Some things are a little high,but the bargains are great.

They allow their employees to wear only faceshields during a pandemic that is spiraling out of control, even though they have been proven again and again to be useless. This health food store doesnt care about your health. Spend your money elsewhere.

The prices are good! Produce can be cheaper than conventional at times. The only down side is that prices change often based on the true cost of the produce, so you arent sure what price to expect (but most people dont plan meals based on produce sales like me, so that may not matter to most) And theres no booze here, so it isnt one stop shopping--but almost 👍.

Natural grocers is simply the best. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. The produce all organic which means you can just grab whatever you want without any thinking. High-quality products abound, with a fair variety or choices. Despite all organic options prices are very reasonable. Because the store is pretty small it is a very low stress shopping experience.

Nice variety and easy to get around, not always common for this store chain. I was very pleased they had one in the area! It is very clean and organized, and the staff is friendly as is common for Natural Grocers as a whole in my experience. I certainly favor this specific store compared to several others between Portland and Texas :-)

I love this place. Anytime I’m in a new city I look for a Natural Grocers, which we always refer to as Vitamin Cottage, so I can find the food my kids like to eat at prices I’m used to paying. This particular store has excellent produce and an extensive vitamin/supplement section.

I rarely ever get groceries here, usually just chapstick, but let me just say that the seating arrangements in the food court are wonderful. The downstairs cafe combined with the upstairs seating makes it actually a really fun place to come with friends to just hang out - the ready-made food options are quite decent too and not extremely expensive. The huge windows really make the atmosphere quite open and pleasant too! Even if you dont come here for groceries you could definitely just come here to eat and enjoy the ambiance.

Great store...full compliment of bulk and fresh foods. The store is clean and inviting - neither a boutique nor a warehouse. Their supplement section is over the top. Prices are pretty good...certainly better than their competitors in our community. Bring a shopping bag with you or youll carry out your purchases in a box. The managers are bright, helpful, and friendly. Store personnel are all friendly and efficient. Not everyone in the supplement department is knowledgeable, so ask for one of the managers. Although Ive never attended one, they do have community education classes. What a nice idea.

By far the most comprehensive natural food selection in Bend. Plenty of bulk packaged items, and all of the natural brands you might be looking for. Super extensive supplement section, as well. Make sure to bring your own bags since boxes are the only carry out containers provided!

Always satisfied with quality, selection, and customer service. A smaller, quieter atmosphere then some of the bigger chain stores in bend. They have a superior amount of helpful knowledge and I always end up finding the products that fit my needs here. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a more intimate beneficial healthy shopping experience!

Not terribly marked up for the products they carry. Good spot to get Whole Foods type foods for around the same prices, but better bulk spices, grains, etc on offer. Always worth a pop in for the $2 produce bags if you dont mind a bruise or two.

The store is great. However the assistant manger Jung-Ah is a pain to deal with! Dont bother asking for case discount. She will make you feel like you are trying to milk them for discount. I had an absolutely terrible experience. In my opinion, this lady should be let go.

Update: I went to Natural Grocers today to pick up a few things and man have their prices gone up! They are even higher then Whole Paycheck, which is not a good thing. I do not shop there that often, as it is, but will definitely not be going back any time soon. It is sad, because when they first came to Bend, they had affordable prices on almost everything, but no longer. It is a shame how much groceries are in general, especially if you want to eat healthy, or even be able to eat 3 meals a day. Affordable housing and food seem to be a thing of the past, even though those are things every person has a right too. America is one of the richest countries yet our homeless population continues to grow, and more and more people go to bed hungry each night. Wake up, Bend! Wake up, America.I love Natural Grocers vibe and all the organic produce. The prices have gone up quite a bit since they first opened, so I am mot a regular shopper but I do buy a lot of the sale items when I do shop there. Usually buy my Arnica Montana and other homeopathic medicines here, as well. They tend to have the best prices here and a bigger selection then Whole Foods.

Checker could not have been more disinterested in doing his job, absolutely no assistance with boxing or bagging your groceries. My wife bought some bacon, which did not make it to or camp site. Went back a few days later (mind you we live in a receipt free world), and you would have thought we were claiming we were shorted 100s of dollars. It was an act of congress, after waiting for this person to ask this person to get permission from another.. We boxed our groceries and left... Avoid if you can

Great produce selection! Lots of kombucha and a broad selection of bulk items. This is in addition to the extensive supplement selection and regular grocery choices. Bring your own bag or use a bow they provide.

I definitely dont shop here for the majority of my groceries, but what I do go here for is always A++ and if I could afford to shop here for more I would. Good bulk-type bag section with great prices, good specialty items, wonderful supplements, great prepared food section, etc.Love that this place is bag free!

Great store, great products, prices are better than Whole Wallet. Staff is amazing, very dedicated and knowledgable. Always some good stuff on sale if you are wanting healthy and natural food but dont want to spend too much.

I shop here all the time and no one has ever offered to sign me up for their rewards. They just ask if I have it, and when I say no they never offer. Pretty disappointing as I shouldn’t have to ask to join. Someone even told me after the fact how much I would have saved but still didn’t offer to sign me up! Guess I’ll have to go online and try to do it myself 😂

Our kind of store! All the produce is organic, no need to check the labels. They have a great selection of grass-fed, free-range meats, organic/natural frozen foods, organic/natural packaged foods, etc. They are a bagless store so bring your reusable bags or re-purpose one of their cardboard boxes. Great atmosphere and very friendly employees. We will be regular shoppers once we move to Bend.

Terrible. They did not have the 2 things I needed. No help to be found. I was sent to 3 different registers just to be told they were closed and to go back to the last one I was at. By the time I got to a checker she told me the register was down. Needless to say I left my items there and went to Fred Meyer. Gosh I miss Natures.
