Very thorough and highly individualized treatment from start to finish. All of my technical questions were answered in detail without any pressure or rush. My Widex hearing aids were fitted and programmed to my personal preferences and needs. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend Dr. Winkler at Pacific Northwest Audiology to anyone that is the least bit tentative about seeking hearing assistance.

I had a top notch hearing/ear exam--the most thorough I have had. They determined that my hearing aids were not working and could not be repaired. I felt there was too much emphasis on selling new hearing aids, but not at all helpful in evaluating options from Costco which were less expensive.

I was referred to PNW Audiology by a friend after another audiological provider negligently handled my insurance billing costing me $1,000 in coverage and reimbursement. My ENT at that provider is excellent, as was the Hearing Instrument Specialist, but the billing office was horrible. They insisted I pay the entire cost up front then failed to timely submit the billing so I could recoup my deductible. The billing manager claimed the hearing Instrument specialist, who had left at that point, never gave her the billing. Several days later I learned that the billing office had simply never submitted it to my carrier. Although my ENT is excellent, I will being looking elsewhere for those medical services since the billing office failed to submit billing for a medical procedure, which I fortunately caught in time.At PNW Audiology everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. Amy conducted my hearing tests, advised as to the different types of hearing aids and performed all of the set up and fine tuning once I received my hearing aids. I paid the cost of the hearing aids net of my deductible. The testing costs were billed to my carrier, and I will pay whatever balance remains. I dealt directly with the billing manager who answered all of my questions and set forth all costs in a detailed itemized billing. Thats professional! I highly recommend PNW Audiology to anyone who has hearing deficits.

Dr. Li took time today out of her busy Saturday schedule to see our infant son who has a rare syndrome that effects his hearing. Dr. Li was so patient and careful with our son and after completing testing with state of the art equipment, gave a very clear explanation of her findings and recommendations. She is one of the rare individuals in the medical field with both an incredible intellect and welcoming personality. The office itself is beautiful, modern and just as welcoming as she is.

I would give 10 stars if I could.They are beyond great and have amazing customer service. My son was nervous and they totally worked around him playing and made it fun. Dr. Li is the most educated of hearing specialists and offers a very sophisticated range of hearing enhancement. The Lyric is not to be missed. I watched my mom struggle with little batteries and large hearing aids, both of which she complained!! Too bad she passed before the Lyric was introduced. Now, its my turn - Dr. Li inserts rubbery little Lyric aids and I walk away with normal hearing. I forget about them 99.9% of the time. Dr. Li is the best. I would not trust my ears to anyone else.

I could not ask for a better experience with these two wonderful ladies! Not only do they take amazing care of my two year old who now has hearing aids but also the entire family. When I have to bring my other children with me for my sons apt Stephanie is great and ask if they want to color. You know that this is a great office when my kids are excited to go see the Doctor and Miss Stephanie. Doctor takes great care and has what it takes to work with kids! I have to say I was quite pleased with PNW Audiology. Every time I have been in I have been offered a coffee and cookie by the front desk person (who is also very fashionable). Their finance lady who is very kind was so helpful as well - helpful and kind staff is a plus! When I met Dr Li, she knew what she was doing and answered all my questions and even stayed late to go over options. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their hearing treated! PS the three doctorate degrees she has doesnt hurt

It was a fantastic experience. We live in Cathedral City, CA, now, and we have not found a good audiologist, here. We will probably wind up going to Costco, when we need new hearing aids. It is a sad state of affairs for those of us who have hearing aids, down here. We wish Dr. Li would open an office in Palm Springs, during the winter months.

Not good.

I’ve been experiencing sudden vertigo and had seen my primary care physician the day before for bloodwork. I called PNA for an audiology appt since we were trying to rule out several things, and Dr. Li stayed late one evening to see me after hours since there were no appointments for some time, and I was so sick. She worked diligently with my reports and responded immediately to my physician’s inquiries so we could move on to the next step of getting an MRI and helping to refer me to the next level of providers. Dr. Li is very thorough and professional and has a passion for her work. I highly recommend PNA and Dr. Li. Her staff was on top of everything and extremely compassionate and responsive.

Dr. Benner is fabulous!I had been to two other audiologist who both diagnosed me with asymmetrical hearing loss. One suggested aids for both ears, the other wait and see. I am grateful I went for a tie breaker opinion from Dr. Benner. Dr. Benner saw the same thing. She spent a tremendous amount of time fitting me with the right aid for the ear with compromised performance. The first aid didnt perform to Dr. Benners criteria. Dr. Benner got me a different brand. Dr. Benner ran numerous tests on me. Ultimately figuring out the root cause of the problem. The aid has performed brilliantly. I have never been so happy with the care Ive received from a medical professional.Highly recommend Dr. Benner!!

Had an appointment scheduled for a hearing test to be used for a VA claim (at my expense). I arrived for the appointment and they said they had called me and cancelled due to a conflict of interest since they perform VA hearing tests. I never got the call and cant understand how a routine hearing test can be a conflict of interest. I explained my logic and they offered to reschedule but no thanks. Ive been inconvenienced and if I have to reschedule Id just rather pay another clinic. Very disappointing experience.

My husband has significant hearing loss and has a bunch of high tech gear that he got from an audiologist in Portland that allows him to continue working. He had to travel to Portland everytime he needed the slightest adjustment. We tried audiologists in central oregon, but until we found Dr Ha-Sheng Li-Korotky, he always went back to Portland despite the journey even in winter. She is wonderful, caring, smart and highly qualified to take care of his extreme problems and his quirky equipment. Every time he only has to see her he is very happy with the results, and especially because it only takes 15 minutes to get to her office, and Stephanie is just great. We would highly recommend her.

On Monday I thought had a hearing test at a local CO Audiology Clinic after seeing Dr Ha-Sheng Li-Korotky toady I realized what I experienced at the other clinic was more reminiscence of a Sprint can you hear-me-now commercial.Anyone one can say can you hear me now and then say by-golly you need hearing aids that will be $6000.00 please.Would I recommend her?
