So very helpful. We have an above ground pool for the grandkids that we could not find filters for and it was green. I called a couple spa places in Bend and got no help whatsoever. I called Mauls, not only did they help but they ordered filters for our small pump and the prices for the products we ordered were exceptional, not inflated at all. We will purchase a hot tub this year and a bigger pool next year and Mauls is our go to place. Local and very helpful.

Mauls and Arctic Spas are great! My dad has a really old one that he bought used, that has been great, and an Arctic Spa my first new spa purchase after owning several other brands. The “see through insulation” idea is great for down the road maintenance!Mauls has been amazing with their customer service and knowledge of products. After the sale customer support has been unheard of, with a tech’s adjustment of a pressure switch literally within minutes of a call! We have since moved (with hot tub) out of state, and had a warranty heater diagnosed over the phone, and the part shipped overnight to us!Hot tubs are top notch, and Mauls is over the top with how they operate. Thanks again guys!!!
