The General manager A.J. Garcia helped me out and made everything so easy. I didn’t have to worry about anything. My damage was minor but he was able to get it done within a day. A.J. and his team at G&C are the best body shop in Benicia/Vallejo. I would 100% recommend G&C Auto Body to my friends and family because I know they would be taken care of.

Fixed my driver side window, very friendly and honest. They Told me my insurance company bought a used parts so the window will probably break in a year and sure enough when it did they took me right back in and put in the proper replacement. Definitely recommend this place their warehouse is clean their office is clean everything looks professional and well taken care of

G&C repaired the two front inside door nobs on my HHR which had completely broken off. They completed the bid, set up a day and time to start the work.On the scheduled day G&C was short of help. AJ, the General Manager, rose to the task and handled all incoming customers with courtesy and professionalism. He then drove me to my home here in Benicia.When the job was completed he called, picked me up and took me back to pick up my car.G&C, Benicia, is a class-act. The shop is clean and orderly. The workers look professional. And at this time of Covid follow all the recommended protocols.It is a well run business.

These guys are great! They kept me constantly updated on the repairs of my truck! Notified me immediately when they didnt receive the part from the dealership, which caused a delay. Notified me immediately when further damage was found while installing the parts! Consistently keeping me informed on the progress and even helped me on touching up a separate little scratch I had of my own doing on the tailgate! They even managed to straighten out my front license plate that had been crushed from the accident impact of the other car hitting me! Inside of truck was clean and steering wheel wrapped when I picked it up! They even cleaned the sidewalls of my tires! Looked like a brand new truck! Awesome service! Professional and courteous! If I ever need damage repairs I would gladly go back! Thanks guys!

My husband was involved in a solo accident driving back home from San Leandro to Suisun City in late January 2021 – during a rainstorm. Thankfully he was safe and had no injuries due to the accident. However, due to the heavy rain, he lost control of his car and hit the center median, which resulted in significant damage to the left front of his car. We called the insurance company the following day to set up a day and time to pick up the vehicle and tow it to the shop.There was some miscommunication initially because I was contacted for the repairs from the insurance company and G & C. After informing them that this wasn’t my car, I suggested they call my husband to update him about the vehicle.Nonetheless, working with AJ and his staff has been stellar! AJ communicated with my husband weekly; provided updates about the car, parts they were waiting on, and the unfortunate delays because of Dodge of Concord and their staffing issues that they were facing. My husband was getting antsy because he missed his car, but we could pick up his car on Saturday. My husband was happy to see his other baby and finally drive his other car around.Again, AJ and his team did a fantastic job with the work they did on his car. My husband and I thank you for the outstanding work and communication you provided during this process.If you need a body shop to work on your car that provides terrific customer service, this is the place for you!

My car was broken into and G&C Auto body was a vendor used by my insurance company. The young lady at the front desk was super helpful in making sure I had my rental car and my claims adjuster was quick, responsive and efficient. They replaced my passenger side window and my navigation screen AND they vacuumed and washed my car! I definitely feel as though I have a new shop to bring my car to if I need any work done.

Great work, great customer service. They made it so easy — rental car company picks you up at the shop and takes you to you pick up your rental car. When you return to pick up your own car after the repair is complete, you simply drive your rental car to the shop and drive off with your own. The rental company picks up the car. Easiest repair experience ever! And the communication is great - they thought they’d be 2 days later than they originally estimated and called to let me know. However, they beat their new estimate by 1 day.

I had a great experience having body work done on my 2012 Mustang. The work was done in a timely manner and even more importantly, the car looks like new. I also appreciated a very friendly and service oriented staff.

Took my sons car in for repairs to his rear quarter panel and bumper. He is currently stationed overseas and the damage was done a few years ago while stationed at another overseas location. Since he is paying for the repairs out of his own pocket I asked that they do what they can to minimize the cost of repairs. They quoted me a price that was substantially lower than I anticipated and much lower that a rough estimate from another highly rated repair shop. They did a great job and even washed the car and cleaned the interior.

Fair quotes, great and professional service all around. All work was performed perfectly in the time that was quoted. So refreshing not having to deal with a place that will quote a quick turnaround only to delay for days and days with no real excuse.

Unfortunately me and my wife Michele had two separate collisions in different cars in the same 2-week period, neither serious. Mine was with a 5 gallon bucket on the Benicia Bridge, the team at G&C did their best to get all the parts ordered in a timely fashion & completed the repairs within a short time. Micheles had an unfortunate fender-bender in SF & her baby was repaired, painted shiny as new in about a week. She was very happy, as she takes very good care of her truck. We are both very pleased with the level of service we received, would recommend G&C & their expert services to everyone. Thank-you for putting the piece back together again! P.S. Hertz car rental Vallejo was THE WORST, if we had a choice, wed NEVER use them again.

My least favorite errand to run is anything car related and when my car needed repairs after a minor accident, to say I was dreading the process is an understatement. However the employees from G&C auto body in Benicia made the experience easy and their customer service made the experience enjoyable. After my partner came home telling me that he had an accident with my -almost- brand new Chevy Bolt, and after calling the insurance company we started looking for a recommended auto body shop. G and C was highly recommended and we got Jesse on the phone. We could bring in the car and after Jesse inspected the -extensive - damage on the passenger side she gave us a two week time window to retrieve the Bolt.Jesse kept us updated with phone calls and we were thrilled to receive the Bolt repaired as new . I am amazed about the high level of skills the G and C technicians have. I never thought the car would look the same at the time when we bought it. Fantastic job Jesse!
