Somebody shot a bb into my wifes driver side window while at work. I called velocity they had the glass on hand. I asked if they had the front windshield as well because of commute that was broken as well. Velocity came out within an hour of the call and replaced both the window and front windshield at my wifes job for under $500. Great service great prices couldnt be happier.

I have a 2020 4 Runner and while the rear window that rolls down is great, its a terrible when it breaks. JC and Noe from Velocity auto glass took care of me and went way above and beyond. The motor in the window mechanism went haywire. They took it back to the shop and fixed it. These guys are great. Knowledge 100% friendly 100% customer service 100% Customer Satisfaction 100%. The appointment setting process was very nice as well. Gave me a same day appointment and called 20 min prior to arrival with in the desegnated time window. Solid encounter and would highly recommend

Called Safelite first, but they were too busy to handle an emergency repair. You also cant contact local shops directly. Called Velocity at 8:15 am. They came out at 11:30 am. Technician was very proficient and finished a rear window replacement in about 45 minutes. These guys are good!

A rock cracked my windshield on my way to work this morning, and I thought “great! How much will this cost me?!” I’ve managed to go all 9 years of my driving experience without needing glass repair so I had no idea what the cost would be.Safelite quoted $124 for same day work. I found A $10 coupon online and it brought it down to $114... then the taxes and added fees came. Want them to come to you? Mobile fee $20. Repair kit? $7.99 plus tax and fees... $144 total! Ugh, I accepted. 5 hour window for the afternoon.I then started a more local search and found Velocity. They emailed me a quote within 10 minutes (which I appreciated because I now clocked in for work and couldn’t talk) and they only gave me a 2 our window in the morning.... yes!! Grand total $75!!!!!!Noe was professional and quick!
