Just wasted 4 hours trying to get a phone transferred from one line to the next. Its not done yet. Waiting another 3 days for another round due to clueless employees.So, this is not a main store and their training is sub par, leading to poor data entry, bad management of software, lack of knowledge of their own policy, and finally laughable scenarios of pathetic incompetence. I wish I was in traffic going to a main store, because it would be less aggravating and Id actually be done with a simple issue in 4 hours.
