I started with a bad review, but have since updated. We had a misunderstanding with Gator Chef, but the staff has done an excellent job to make sure everything was worked out. I urge you if you own a bar or a restaurant to go through Gator Chef. Great customer service! Made me a very happy and loyal customer.

Amazing experience using Gator Chef. Angelo was the best!! Came out and helped myself and my mother Dora pick out the right equipment for our little café. Angelo was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions throughout the process. Also once we receive our equipment, he followed up and made sure we were fully satisfied. If anybody wants to open a new restaurant and is looking for great prices, this place is perfect. They have great prices and are willing to match or beat their competitors. Everybody who works there are great and go above and beyond to help out anybody who walks in that door. The two guys who helped me with the shopping, Mark and Angelo, were great to me and i will continue to go there!

First, THIS IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Its hard to tell because it doesnt actually look like it.That being said, my husband and I had a very good experience. Friendly and welcoming staff who were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Decent selection for our needs. Were not restaurant-related, so I cant speak as well to that side, but we were very impressed.

Great place for all type of restaurant equipment... They have a showroom with smallwares and its really affordable. They also have a used show room with a ton of equipment. I highly recommend them! Their sales team makes you feel at home and give you 100% attention to whatever you are in need of, big or small.

Great experience--Gator Chef (Jay) helped us find an ice machine for a location in our business with some tough dimensions. They were helpful from the initial inquiry to installation and didnt scoff or over-explain things. Prices for machines are in line with competitors and since install about a month ago its been working beautifully!

This company ROCKS! I am a new restaurant owner my interaction with Angelo was as if we were long time BEST friends. He took every step with me, even coming to my soft opening. Gatorchef is not trying to place people in buy something, get a commission and go away, but they create long term relationships forging gaps maintaining a continuity that eliminates having to be bothered with different vendors.
