Ill give 4 stars cause the Truck Service did do a good job with the work they performed and did point out some other ite.s that needed attention and they did get it done in a timely manner.However I cant give 5 stars cause as usual a service manager didnt listen to the tasks been asked for and didnt relay that info to the mechanic. I know my truck better than Ford does cause I drive and fix it all the time and it requires Fixing Or Repairing Daily!....so when I bring it in 9 times out of 10 I already know whats wrong and what needs to be fixed and what itll take to do it cause Ive already done it at least once myself and perhaps paid a dealership to do it before. Service Advisors really need to be experienced mechanics so they understand what your saying and it doesnt sound like a foreign language. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
