Got our countertops from here a few years ago and now this is the second project Im working on. From the beginning the whole process has been easy. The measuring technician Tom did a fantastic job with our measurements the installers did a great job and Magda was there every step of the way with any questions/concerns I had. The turnaround time was quick as well. I got my new tops in about a week after my measurements. I would highly recommend.

Magda was amazingly responsive. We needed to match our countertops for an additional island. Many other places required that we buy a whole slab but Factory Plaza only charged us for needed square feet and even allowed us to pick a slab. Installation was quick and professional and it looks great! We plan to use them for our counters and tub surround for our upcoming bathroom remodel. It was a great experience! Just FYI: I did drive all the way there to find out that even if baby-wearing, children aren’t allowed in the warehouse. So FYI parents.

Ursula was very helpful when I walked into the showroom and was able to direct me to material options based on my project needs. She explained very well the difference between all of the materials, and I was able to take samples home which helped us make the final decision. The time between the measuring and the install was about 2 weeks, and everything is beautiful. I would highly recommend Factory Plaza.

This company has a great selection of Stone countertops and the Cabinetry is High Quality and actually made at the facility. The Maple cabinets look amazing. Everything was already soft close so no more slamming doors 😁😁. Prices are Very competitive specially considering their high quality 😮.. Will highly recommend.

I wanted to update my old countertops in my house so I asked my friend for recommendations since she did hers last year and she recommended Factory Plaza. I went to check them out and I was very pleased with their selections of stones and their affordable prices. My salesperson was Natalia and she was very friendly and professional. She took her time to explain to me all the pros and cons of all the different types of stones and all the ins and outs of fabrication styles and finishes. We had a really BAD and UNPLEASANT experience with Factory Plaza, specially with Urszula and Bozena. After we choose a counter top and we got the price (over $3100) and after we agreed with the price and date of Installation in 3 weeks after the agreement date. Urszula called 5 days before installation date to say that they are busy and will not be able to do it on that date, we complained and we got it installed on time, but then another problem. Part around sink was not done as should be (in the pictures white one is in the one in our kitchen, black one is at our friends place with the same type and model of sink). We called multiple times, to complain, almost always Urszula wasnt available, when she answered she told us that need to speak with the manager (Bozena), and after so many calls and emails after a month they send guys to try to correct it, they did it, but since sink was already installed the couldnt do it really good because of the chance to damage the sink. After all try to avoid this place and those people!!! We would never recommend them to anyone!

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Factory plaza for various granite and quartz projects. Our most recent project was our beautiful quartz kitchen countertops. They removed the old granite without damaging our existing backsplash, which was very impressive! Install was very professional and on time as was the removal and re-installation of 2 of our kitchen cabinets. Thomas was very helpful and responsive keeping the project on track. Adrienne was also very helpful carefully removing and re-installing two of our cabinets without damage. Factory plaza is a very honest company and a pleasure to do business with.

Communication was phenomenal. Countertops came out beautiful. Mario was able to help with everything, was very responsive and made the process go smooth. The installers were on time and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend!

After searching for cabinets at other places we came to factory plaza and found great quality cabinets for a low price. We were also gladly surprised to find a large selection of countertops that were much more affordable than other places we visited. Natalia helped us choose and design our beautiful quartz countertops and her ability to guide us to the best quality product for our vision was very helpful.

We shopped for granite in Northwest Indiana and decided to take a 57 mile ride out to Factory Plaza. Ursula showed us around and helped us with our granite purchase. Within a few days they were at our home for measurements. 18 days start to finish and we have our beautiful granite that was installed by 2 professional, courteous men who worked quickly and cleaned up everything afterwards. We renovate houses for a living and would shop no other place for our countertops than Factory Plaza. I work with Mariusz and he is wonderful, super helpful, to the point, and is patient with any questions I have. I have shopped around A LOT for counters and this place has the best prices HANDS DOWN. Ive even been to other slab warehouses that also sell direct to consumer and have found them to be less knowledgeable in their stone types, even mislabeling some!!! Factory Plaza is consistent and honest about the stone types and their pros and cons. I am just ordering cabinets from them for the first time and have a feeling I am not going to order elsewhere again.

Factory Plaza makes a great cabinet. The quality of the cabinets are superb. We love the slow close on the drawers and the thick plywood that is used. Numra was excellent to work with and her customer service is impeccable! (We did have a few problems but with construction that is expected). We are extremely happy with quality and price.

We worked with factory plaza on our kitchen remodel. The end product was spectacular. They ended up making our cabinets, counters and even a custom microwave cabinet that was completely fitted to our kitchen and our microwave specs. Magda was always very responsive and went above and beyond her responsibilities. She had the shop make a prototype of our custom microwave cabinet and even met with me on her day off to review it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We purchased our countertops here and although we had a person from Factory Plaza measure our kitchen, we received a beyond poorly installed countertop. There is a 1/2 gap running between our wall and countertop that the crew filled haphazardly and incompletely with silicone. The seam at the sink looks like it was cut with a hacksaw and filled with putty, which immediately begin chipping away. After numerous emails and phone calls they refuse to call us back or even sign a name on their emails. They more or less called us liars when in response to our concerns told us, they would never have put silicone between a wall and countertop and it must have been us and that our walls settled or maybe they are not straight, nevermind that they MEASURED our walls!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Thomas Z was great. He was so helpfull especially when we thought we ordered the wrong size cabinet in the corner. He kept us updated with progress and was extremely helpful through the selections.

We purchased cabinets and counters from Factory Plaza. The quality and finish of the cabinets is excellent and their prices were very comparable to other quotes for lower quality cabinets. However, I cannot highly recommend the design services due to inattention to details. There were items left off of our delivery, the amount of trim and finishing pieces was not calculated correctly, and the designs did not have accurate and sufficient details for my contractor. Delivery fees were much higher compared to other companies. Most of the issues were resolved quickly, however.

We had an UNPLEASANT and DREADFUL experience with granite marble quartz! They did our kitchen countertops 6 months ago, we noticed a crack the very next morning that was big and obvious. We were very surprised and contacted them multiple times. 6 months passed and still no response! They keep dragging and saying tomorrow or next week. It’s been 6 months and still no one bothered to come!!! They obviously know they did wrong and are trying to avoid it and get away with it! TERRIBLE place and BAD customer service!!!!!!! I sure don’t recommend this place!!!!!!

Factory plaza supplied me with well built custom built cabinets for a kitchen remodel job. The customer service was excellent. Everything went well from the initial design to the delivery. I did not have a huge amount of countertop space to install, but for what was done, it was done exceptionally well. From the moment of picking out my own slab to the measurements being taken and suggestions made, to the final install, I did not hit any snags I would highly recommend checking them out!!!

I would highly recommend this place. We used them 10 years ago at our previous house and went back for our current home. We worked with Jerry and he was a tremendous help! After choosing the granite we wanted, Jerry was very patient and understanding as we went through the process of choosing our slabs and taping off the parts of the slabs we wanted to use in our kitchen. The particular granite that we chose had some “movement” in it and my husband and I were a little worried about how it would look in the areas where it needed to be seamed. Jerry spent a couple hours with us as we chose which parts of the granite we wanted to use and he had an amazing eye for where it would make sense to create a natural flow where the granite would be seamed.We were also very pleased with the removal of the old granite and installation of the new granite. Everything went well and the installation crew was careful in their work to prevent any kind of damage.We are so happy with the end result and would highly recommend working with Jerry at Factory Plaza.

Thomas Z went beyond just a sale he ensured the measuring appointment was quickly arranged. Andy the person who measured was patient listened and accurately measured everything! Thomas picked out the most beautiful quartz counters and exceeded expectations in every way, Gilberto in the manufacturing was exceptional in finding fantastic quartz and completing the order. The installers did a fabulous job, they completed the installation, called before arriving and exceeded my expectations in the installation! Hats off to a great crew during these difficult times!

Best experience ever! I’m a little late with my review but I can say I’m still just as in love with my counters as I was the day they were installed. The person who came and measured was absolutely brilliant and very talented with taking the numbers, and the guys who installed were efficient, fast, and respectful to our home. The counters fit perfectly, even around our cooktop.

Found a remnant to cut 2 shower pieces out of for shower curb and niche bottom. Pieces were cut and polished in a week like promised. Thanks Thomas Z.

Ordered cabinets from this place. But I have to ask for an update as the tentative date was coming. I was told that I will be provided the pictures of the cabinets as the project progresses. But I never got a single picture. I was told couple of weeks before the Christmas that the order will be ready in a week but when I followed up, I was told that it is not ready and I have to wait until Jan 4th as the office is closed for two weeks. When I pressure then all of a sudden order could be picked up on Dec 23. I asked them if I can pick up the order right after Christmas so I don’t feel rush renting the truck but I was told that the office is closed until Jan 4. So I had to rent the truck right away and went to pickup the cabinets. When I got there, shop guys were very helpful with putting the cabinets in the truck with us. But order was missing the side panel so they told me to come back next day and it will be ready. In addition they told me that they are still open for delivery pick so I don’t know why our sales person Thomas wasn’t aware of this. I think it is very bad communication between and shop and saws department. So I did go back couple of days later and the guy at the front said, pull up by the delivery door. I waited 15 min and no one opened the door so I went back to the front office and he was eating lunch and forgot about me. Then they had problem finding the panel. So I am 50/50 recommending this place.

I purchased counter tops here almost 5 yrs ago and remodeled my kitchen using same stone and was able to purchase new slab for a new extention and with my contractors measurements they were able to cut new slab exact to fit out custom cabinets! Thank you! Turn around time was fairly quick as well

This is the third time my husband and I have purchased granite countertops from Factory Plaza. The first two times, installation was great--no problems. This last time, the installation of countertops in our remodeled bathroom was not as good.While the countertops are beautiful, and correctly installed--I didnt notice until the installers left that they cut the granite to size in the bathroom. This resulted in a mess of granite dust left on the floor, blinds, shower curtain, and other items covered with this dust in the closet. Why didnt the installers cut the granite outside?I had to clean up the entire mess! It took a whole day! Obliviously, I was not happy about this incident.Like I said, when we had the countertops installed the last two times, we didnt have any mess. Maybe Factory Plaza should get different installers?

These guys doing great job, until you pay them, after this you are not customer anymore.Here my story. I ordered countertop, paid half, in a couple days arrived measurement guy, did great job, said that I have to push down farm sink on 1-2 mm, since it higher then cabinets on 1 mm. I did it. In about 3 weeks, I got call, that my countertop is ready and scheduled installation.And on this step began problems.Installation guys, lifted sink, higher then cabinets (also not leveled lifting), then they installed countertop with no level, and putted a lot of pieces of wood to try to level it, but because of so high lifted sink, they was not able to do that. I called multiple times, tried to reach Mario (guy who worked with us), but he never response, never called back, I just heard from receptionist that he will call me back. Finally in a week, arrived another team, he made level, but sink still left lifted up, so I have huge gaps everywhere. I called again, Mario didnt response. But first team came back, look around, and said that they cant do anything and left my house.In addition after installation I got leak from garbage disposal, where dishwasher connects. Damaged (bumped) inlet for dishwasher, probably while sink lifting.Done. Terrible job guys.So customer not satisfied, but who cares.Bellow pictures of this job.

I dont even know where to begin. If you read the negative reviews, these people used to defend them by saying they were hacked and getting false reviews. Dont buy any of it. There 1 star review was an honest review. My vanity top was supposed to have a sink cut out with my template. They never used it. 2 sides are 3/8 to long. Sink mounting tab in wrong spot. The corner itself looks like they used a hack saw on it. The corner was my original complaint. I accepted the counter with understanding I would call Jerry to deal with it. This guy will do nothing but lie and ignore you after you make an agreement. Once home I noticed everything else. I finally got ahold of him, instead of there mistake costing me more money to bring back, we worked out a refund amount. And I was going to take it somewhere closer to get fixed.. When I was there, they basically wouldnt refund my money back it was two choices take it or leave it to fix. Either way there poor craftsmanship would cost me more gas driving back and forth from Wi to Illinois. Thats why we agreed on a refunded amount. Two weeks of calling and Jerry is not man enough to return any of my calls. Crooked thieving dishonest people work here. PS WATCH TOM TOO, he likes to lie too. They will down play this and blame me. But just remember I warned you. These guys are fibs

Our kitchen cabinets from Factory Plaza were just delivered. We used their delivery service, and couldnt be more pleased. James and his co-worker were so friendly and accommodating AND so careful with the cabinets. My condo association is particular as to how items are delivered, and these fellows didnt blink an eye when I explained the regulations to them. I would highly recommend!

This place is awesome !! Thomas Z thank you for doing all that you did. I have a little one and I couldnt come out to see the granite. He did a video call and brought around the show room and helped me pick out the perfect granite. Honest about what you are getting. I couldnt believe he went way and beyond to accommodate my needs. Thomas Z is your guy and Factory Plaza is your place.. The choices and the prices unbeatable.Just had the install, I was little nervous, without seeing the product live. But man oh man, this is gorgeous!!!! Thank you Thomas, I cant stop raving..he put up with me which says a lot.

I had very bad experience with installation.. The seam is very big as edge of penny and cuts are not smooth at all. Looks like they use saw-sol to cut edges. I know they cant use it for that job, but the quality of edges is similar. I paid so much for such unprofessional job.

Perfect service! From the moment I got on the phone with them until the very end, they were so kind and helpful ! They worked around my schedule and my pricing! Urszula Dvorak assisted me from the get go, to pick out a countertop for my bathroom! I wasnt as knowledgeable with this kind of stuff, so she assisted me step by step. She was able to get me the countertop I wanted that would be perfect for my bathroom! They have a big selection of countertops that you wouldnt find anywhere else! Coming here again for my upstairs bathroom countertop!

We ordered our custom farm sink kitchen base cabinet for our loft. very happy with the product quality, customer service and the best part the order was ready in less than two weeks. I would strongly recommend anyone ordering cabinets to call factory plaza and compare the product and pricing. I think the prices are pretty competitive to Home Depot and Lowe’s . The staff is friendly and gives all the information over the phone .

Factory Plaza custom-made a conference table for our office and it turned out just excellent. They have a great selection of stone and are easy to work with.

Thomas was helpful when picking out our kitchen countertops. He stayed with us throughout the whole process, from ordering to coordinating measuring and delivery.
