I was not happy that the new owners didnt honor the replacement of your screen protector on iPhone for nominal fee as was included in purchase of my iPhone at this location. I able to do it myself. It just seemed more convenient. But no worries got it done myself.

Gabi was extremely helpful, thorough and patient. She explained the plans and what is offered in detail and made sure we got a plan that would work well with the smart phones we chose. She walked us through setting up our Verizon account and each phone step by step. As well as the process for erasing our all phones. She gave us all the information we needed in order to setup autopay on our own and we couldn’t have done it without her. This has been the most seamless process of getting cellphones/service that I have ever received! She listened to our needs and made suggestions based off of what we told her. We never felt pressured or bullied into selecting something we weren’t really sure about! I cannot express enough how great full we are to have had such phenomenal service and just all together an amazing experience! It was like talking to a long time friend who had our best interests at heart which was definitely refreshing! Thank you Gabi! We look forward to working with you in the future!

My husband and I had a terrific experience with Gabi as we made our switch to Verizon from another provider. I kept putting off updating our phones because I knew we were changing phone companies and HATED how “painful and LONG” this process was going to be. But the day I walked into this store and got blessed to be served by Gabrielle I proven so wrong. From the moment we walked in she was so patient, professional, helpful, FAST, calm and knowledgeable about the products and individual needs we’d all have. I had to upgrade 5 lines so she had her work cut out for her. She made this the BEST experience I’ve ever had buying phones. I went to the Verizon Store in bensenville to upgrade to a new phone. They explained to me in full detail all the phones features and differences from one version to the next. After I decided which phone I was getting, they walked me through setting up my phone. Very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable staff. Great experience

I tried calling the place twice and after it rang to transfer me it went straight to a busy signal. Nobody knows how to answer the phone.

I was considering trading in my phone and purchasing a new one online. Then I decided to go into the Verizon located in Bensenville. I was so glad I chose to go into the store, I received the best customer service not to mention how they took their time to show me how to use my phone. Adam at the Bensenville store has got to be the most friendliest and knowledgeable VZW representative I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with! Adam took the time to explain 2 new plans that would save me money on my account and how each were valuable to me and the comparison to the current plan I have currently. I only came inside the store to buy new accessories and to pay my bill but I left today strongly considering to upgrade 3 of my lines with the new Samsung A42 equipment because of the wonderful trade-in deal. I randomly stopped in one morning looking for a phone that most places didnt have. They took my info and within 2 hours they had what I wanted and we activated my new note 10+ before the end of the work day. They even helped me through some corporate issues to get a credit that I had earned over the last year. P.S. a nice clean new store! I was a manager of several cellphone stores and this was clean and uncluttered.

Workers are nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is that there is not enough employees on the weekend for the customers coming in. You spend more time waiting than if you went to a bigger Verizon location.

The guy here had this place locked up like Ft. Knox at 11 am on a weekday. Had to knock on the door to be let in. With the rest of the stores readily open and unlocked. He refused to take my phone return which Verizon said he should take. Called 611. They emailed me a shipping label. Went next door to UPS paid for a box and sent it. No thanks to the guy working here... No help. Horrible service!

Two thumbs up!! The store is clean and well stocked and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I was traveling from Las Vegas to Europe, as I was boarding the plane I dropped and broke my phone. Imagine how frantic I was, to be going to be out of the country for weeks with no cell phone. As faith would have it I had a layover in Chicago. I took a taxi to the nearest location, where I met Kim. Not only did she help me pick out the best phone for my needs, she also set me up with a protection plan and a cover in case I drop my phone again. All in all Kim turned a tragic event into a pleasant buying experience. I highly recommend this store.

This store is AMAZING!!! I had just came back from a vacation where I had my phone stolen at the airport. I was freaking out about all the photos I had just taken and thought they were lost forever. I had gone to another store to purchase a new phone, but they didnt even set up my phone and said my photos were gone. I looked up the store by my house and thank God I found Alfredo. even though he didnt sell me a phone he was so patient and willing to help. Somehow found a way to get all my photos back into my phone and my contacts. I was so happy I almost cried. He went above and beyond and he didnt have to. This is now my go to store and will only buy from them!
