Been there a couple of times this week for chocolate dipped vanilla ice cream cones and not seeing any safety precautions being used during this time. No gloves, no mask and in one case handed a cone without a napkin wrapped around it. Would like to see gloves used.

The best Dairy Queen in the area! Staff is very friendly, attentive, and always provides great food and frozen treats! The dining area is always kept clean and during the spring/summer they have extended hours. I highly recommend anyone to visit this location!

The turtle blizzard was awesome, right mix of nuts, chocolate, etc. Extreme chocolate brownie blizzard was too many chocolate chunks and not enough brownie. Service is drive thru only, main store is closed to customers.

Terrible business model....must have cash to purchase DQ gift cards over $20. I travel weekly for work and do not carry cash for obvious reasons. One has to wonder why only cash? Must be easier to balance the ledger.

This is the best Dairy Queen in the area, and its the only one I go to. I go out of my way just to come to this location! Friendly staff, and lots of blizzards to choose from that you cant get at other stores!

The guy who runs the place is super friendly, but the best thing about it is that he makes the absolute best blizzards. Ive gone here dozens of times at every time I go, the blizzards are perfectly mixed and filled from bottom to top with ingredients.

Stopped by with my kids one Sunday afternoon. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Store owner went out of his way to put a smile on my kids face. Great customer service goes a long way. If Im ever in the area definetly coming back.

Is there anything better than a blizzard after a long day of work? No...no there is not. Being open year round makes this location a lifesaver during the harsh winter months

If I could give no stars I would..worst dairy queen ever first the guys shirt was filthy at 1 in the afternoon hot dog was terrible and the shake was watered down...dont go to this place

This place is a hit or miss. There are times when the regular vanilla ice cream taste good and others it taste really bad as if the owner dilutes it, it totally changes the flavor. at times I get a chocolate dipped cone and the chocolate can be either really thick or so diluted I can see right thru it and when you question why the change in flavor all you get is rolling of the eyes of the girls that work there and they call the manager and all he says is the machine is broke! really?? why dont you tell us that the flavor has changed because the machine is broke!!! (wish makes no sense at all) I have stop going there. there are other places to get ice cream from.

Wow, someone needs to get the manager of this place OUT . Parked my car, wanted to grab some dinner, was going to make a 30 second stop at the vape shop next door and this man literally came out yelling at me for using a DQ parking space, just because I wanted to stop in the vape shop before grabbing my dinner he continued to yell telling me you move my car . Ill happily drive 2 miles to the next dairy Queen, this guys a complete moron .

My family and I went to this DQ and wanted to order a banana split with NO strawberries and NO pineapple. Only chocolate. The owner RJ Joshi thought it was okay to CHARGE us .79 cents additional for eliminating 2 toppings which saves him money. Such a SCAM ARTIST! DO NOT GIVE THIS DQ BUSINESS!! They want to rip off customers. We even asked where on the menu it said we have to pay for eliminating toppings and he had the audacity to be rude and say it doesn’t I’m telling you. If you work hard for your money then dont go to this DQ he just want to take your money and overcharge you.

This dairy queen has the worst manager with the worst customer service. I dont know how the kids working there can deal with hi . NEVER AGAIN will I go to this location in bensenville!!!

Every time I stop by DQ to get my very own peanut butter and Oreo cookies blizzard its always the same consistency. I highly recommended this place.

Nice Always Good Service & Sweet Cold Treats

After we got our items we saw that the owner walking around not wearing his mask. He had it on his chin. One of the other workers had her mask pulled down on her chin also! Will not be going back to this location!

The web site says this is a DQ Brazier but they only have hot dogs and chicken wraps; they do not sell burgers. I had a chili-cheese dog and the bun was hard like it had been sitting out and stale. Avoid this one at all costs.
