Erika was super. She really cares about every customer. I was watching her with others while I was waiting. She really knows her business and is good with her staff. She even installed my headlight bulb!

Ricky at the M-139 location showed me outstanding customer service.. he replaced my battery and even told me what I needed done to get my engine from rocking. He helped me with the spark plugs and everything.. I came back two days later and he remembered my name and greeted me. I love his great customer service and the fact he took time out to help me with something else I never came there for. Awesome guy. 🧡

Called to ask about an engine coating spray from a company and the gentleman on the phone asked for a parts number, I told him I didn’t have a parts number as it wasn’t a “part” it was the brand Seymour and it was called “engine coating” and came in a spray paint can, he said he needed more information then that and I said I was unsure on how much more information I could give. It’s the brand Seymour and it’s called “engine coating” and comes in a spray can and he hung up on me. If you hate people that much and your patience are that low why work somewhere you have to deal with them... gross display of garbage customer service.

Usually a long wait line. While purchasing auto parts more often than not the employees sell me wrong part. Unfortunately I get the wrong part more often than I get right part. This is huge inconvenience and incompetence. Not only do I figure out its wrong part while Im fixing car. I then have to waste more time and gas to go back to Autozone to retrieve correct part.

James is awesome. I ask for him by name as his service is top-notch. Today he measured my battery strength and replaced a battery. In the past he has checked my “check engine light”. He is the reason I come to this location!

Reps has a full store with a long line and as soon as the phone ring he answered and put all other customer on hold. Their customer service is bad.

Called an online it says the store is open...no one answered the phone. I guess Ill order my twins brakes from Oreilly... thats if they answer. But im sure someone will seeing as its only 3:26

Good place to buy Auto Parts... One of the workers insisted he knew more than he did and we ended up purchasing a couple things we didnt need for our car because he suggested that things were wrong that were not. It was fine

The guys who work here were great!My family, and I were on our way home to Arkansas, on a Sunday, when my check engine light started flashing, and stayed on. There was nowhere else I could stop to find out what the issue was, because all of the Auto Shops were closed! So I stopped here. They read the code for me, sold me the right part, and then went the extra mile, and helped me install it, so we could get back on the road! I cant tell you how much I appreciated that! Thank you again guys!!!

Phenomenal customer service! I had to have my car towed into the parking lot one night because my battery died. It was almost time to close since it was late on Sunday, but the two employees who were there were so helpful. They recharged my battery and helped diagnose my alternator. I dont think Ive ever had such helpful service at a store before. Would highly recommend this AutoZone.

I buy AutoZone carburetor cleaner because it seems to work great for me. They just dont seem to keep enough of it in stock. Sometimes you do have to wait for check out.

I was on vacation with my family (heading to Northern MI). We had the mishap of realizing we had a car tire punctured (rapidly losing air) & it was late afternoon on a Sunday as we were on the highway passing by Benton Harbor. We thought we were completely out of luck as we unsuccessfully tried to find a service station or tire shop possibly open. But then found this AutoZone still open and a very helpful staff member came out, found the source of the flat tire, & offered to patch it for us there on the spot. What awesome service! We give an A+ rating to these guys... you saved our vacation! Thanks!!!
