Unique beauty is better. At Royal they point you to items and then you have to search for it still. Stuff is always on the floor so you can fall. Its just to tight in there. Unique beauty those two men are always helpful. They know about the hair and they know their products.

My experience was great today! I bought 2 packs of hair that were buy 1 get 1 50% off (orig price 13.99) & my hairdresser told me thats wasnt going to be enough so I went back to buy the 3rd full price & one of the guys behind the counter gave me 3 packs of hair for $40 that was originally priced at 2 packs for $65!! I love Royal Beauty 😘

It was an horrible experience. My daughter was accused of stealing. Only for them to have to apologize. I will never shop there again. The recording clearly showed that she took nothing at all. And the guy was super rude
