Try this local place before placing an order at a big box store or internet store. We bought solid core vinyl-plank flooring designed to lay directly over OSB sub-floors (8 mm thick) with a 20 mil wear layer (Shaw Floorte).

We were incredibly pleased. We had 3 bedrooms, a living room, and a stairwell carpeted (plus had them move furniture for us, including taking apart beds). They came out to install in 2 separate visits, and were very accommodating of our schedule. They also applied a $500 coupon for me. I would definitely recommend!

This place sucks! Arranged to have my carpet delivered and installed and I guess it was a small job so the installer decided to take a bigger job In Kalamazoo instead. No call or nothing, I called them after waiting almost 3 hours. NEVER Again!!!
