Good customer service @ benton harbor, guy very helpful .. causr cricket is making some changes and probably not supporting a lot of unlocked phones, i wont give it a 5 star rating. They trying to make you buy their phones and i dont like that. Other than that for rn ..they good.

This is the first time this place asked for my review. My husband and I bought her phones from this location approximately 4 years ago. The lady that worked behind the counter was very nice, very professional and she really knew what she was doing. a Mexican lady but I do not remember her name. this past Saturday my husband and I came in and unfortunately the lady working at the counter had no idea how to help us with her phones, or with purchasing a phone and how to transfer things from one to the other phone. She was very friendly and professional, however she didnt seem to know much about the phones nor the service. I think that she should have been trained properly, or at least have some form of a list of instructions or some kind of guide, to help her to be able to answer customers more thoroughly. We ended up leaving, and not purchasing the new phones that we wanted to get because of lack of knowledge with your employee.

Took 30 minutes to get a pizza workers just sat in the back gossiping there was no organization probably wont go back to Little Caesars in Benton Harbor again happens every time I go there very unclean and unprofessional about handling food
