Wanted to fax 21 pages cost was $42 went to library n paid $1 for entire fax. What is wrong with STAPLES!!!!!

Sometime if it was not drugs or something short sighted....... you can usually trust them. But this time I had a good experience.... the attendants did a fantastic job and gave the answers I was looking for so as not to overspend on a product or something similar to be avoided.

Well folks the previous reviews are correct about their printing situation, I had to test it. 3-5hr wait time for A1 size prints to print, that’s with no one else ahead of me. Sales guy which was helpful multiple times said the printing equipment is finicky. In comparison I can do the same prints at Office Depot in 15mins. Being the only printing store in the area I would expect better?!?. Average would of been 3 stars but the store was dim/dark lighted and items on shelves were pick through old stock. Customer Service was average for today’s society that has been covid riddened.

I went the staples to get 2 documents printed after I couldn’t have it done at the library the day before because of the Covid closure. The machine wouldn’t let me print it so I knew that the guy at the desk hAd to print them. I’m talking about PRINTING already created documents. He told me I had to wait 1hr to print 2 papers because there were other orders n. I was the only person n the store!!!!! It would have taken him literally 30 sec. to pull up my document and print them since I was there in person and others were online. Their customer service isn’t good at all. Also, the same guy is always being sarcastic when someone asks for help on the machine. Sir, you are printing papers, what do u think u are there to do??

Used to go here and get great service, unfortunately yesterday I went in to print a shipping label and they told me I can only do regular paper, meanwhile shortly after that I witness someone else getting a shipping label printed, so I asked them if I can get one printed. The guy there rudely told me that I can only print plain paper and not a shipping label. Okay so everyone else can get shipping labels but not me? I’ll never shop at this Staples again!

The guy working there who sold me an external CD drive was really helpful and reassured me on my purchase. its working well and im very happy, thank you!

One of the employees at the ups counter was rude to my friend and tried to make her pay 10$ to tape a box and we bought our own tape and taped it then we come to find out that once we left the person behind the counter had cut the box open and damaged some of the goods inside and tried to retape it like nothing happened then shipped it

Worst printing experience ever! I call ahead of going in and was told I could get same day prints. After I put in the order Im told it takes 2 to 3 business days. They come in 6 days later, when I go to pick up they info me they lost them! I had to redo my order, about a week later theyre in and ready for pick up. They trimmed my border off and took some of my information with it! So I went in and re put my order in. Then they tell me they can do it in store and they will be ready that day, so I now give them updated info because I had time sensitive information on my documents. They call me saying I had multiple orders in and they were not sure what to do.. I try and get to the bottom of my mishaps and they tell me they r ready for pick up. I go get them and the photos sent sized to the page at all, the front and back are switched! And they are not the right size! Please save your self all this frustration and take your business elsewhere!!

Absolutely worst customer service experience of my life. Manager refused to help service and help customers while all employees were running around trying to service everyone. Do not get anything printed there!

Cashiers there need to learn a lesson on etiquette. I shouldnt catch attitude simply asking what aisle something in the store is. If you feel that miserable about your job in customer service then quit.

Be careful when they tell you your purchase will be delivered by one of their local carriers. These guys pick & choose which houses they want to deliver to and which they dont. We were told our purchase would arrive the next day when we made the purchase and here it is the 2nd. day now and still no package! We were told the driver deemed this an unsafe area to leave the package and took off with it still on his truck ! Also, they had our phone number from the store as well....a quick call could have ended the whole thing !We were depending and counting on this to be delivered in 24 hrs. as they stated !! Avoid having anything delivered at all cost !!

Bought 2 boxes of envelopes, one box was just fine, the other box must have gotten damp because all the envelopes were glued closed. Purchased using my debit card and misplaced or lost the reciept. They would not accept my return, left the usless envelopes in the store and walked out. Very unlikely to make another purchase at Staples.
