Dirty, dumpy, no face masks, food was stale under heat lamps. Bathroom was nasty.

Huge improvements! From the Wendys people being courteous and fast to the overall store having attention to detail. The mens restrooms were in good shape.. seen a manager outside picking up trash and blowing away debris. What a huge step in the right direction...this place previously had been a dump and Wendys was a joke...great job to the staff...

The app says 9 pumps available. Theyre all blocked and no one is getting fuel. So I called inside to let someone know. He hung up on me. There should be an option to give negative stars. 3.9 stars? The employees must be giving reviews to hold their job. Gour months ago people complained about the same ussues as today. Good job corporate!

Has to be one the worst kept clean in the pilot change. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Have clean the toilet before you can even use it. Yet there are 4 people standing around talking at the counter. Pilot management should really take a long hard look at this convince store before the people here dont work. The overall store inside and out is just terrible. Scary thing when you feel like you need a shower and a tetanus shot when you get done use this facility. If I could have given it a zero I would have 1 is a generous score.

Wish I could give less stars. I know that they arent known for their good food but the pizza shouldnt taste like chemicals and the onion rings shouldnt be so dry they are inedible. Had I not already pulled away when. I started eating it would have been the first time I ever brought food back anywhere. 0 stars

Pretty bad spot. No ice fir the soft drinks, showers werent clean, it looks like the guy changed the towels, people knocking on your door, even with the curtains closed looking for money, the Wendys staff are pretty rude.Parking at the rest area just down the road wouldve been a better option.

Parking lot poorly laid out with tight parking in areas and trucks parking outside of spots. Not enough room for approach to fuel island so traffic gets jammed up onto the street. Employees do not enforce proper parking. I was parked in a legal spot and when I woke up I was blocked in by some person who was inside the store and staff refused to make an announcement. Store has very poor merchandise selection for a store this size. 4:40 am and waited over 30 minutes for a shower to be cleaned while several showers were empty but the store was too understaffed to have someone clean one. Several drivers in line behind me by the time I got into a shower. The premium wifi doesnt work beyond 20 feet past the building so good luck if you want internet you better bring your own. Laundry area has 2 washers and 2 dryers and one washer is out of order. This place needs a big makeover. Avoid this dump.

Gas was cheap and Shannon was nice but no soap in the bathrooms.....i dont like, she did radio somebody to get right on it tho....and the showers were out of service.....smh

Under staff and dirty. Waited 30 mins for a shower only to be told only two persons running the store so no one is cleaning. No soap in bathrooms to wash hands....no cream or milk for coffee....It was decent here in the past.

BURNS HARBOR INThey were friendly and ACCOMMODATING my prime handicap was the best I didnt feel well so I was at an convenient spot for the facilities so I didnt have to wake my husband and I always felt safe at this location knowing they have security on board. They also impressed with a waste lab box for my medical needs I have no room on the rig and DOT is strict the drug stores complain we have no vehicle to take our waste to the police station I however do take what I can to my Treatment Center but its only 1 time a month so IM GIVING THIS PILOT A BIG TOOTLES SATISFACTION STAFF IS GREAT, STORE VERY CLEAN MCDONALDS WAS STRICTLY CLEAN VERY IMPRESSIVE ALL MY 52 YRS I HAVE NEVER SEEN A MCDONALDS THAT CLEAN OR MGRS SAYING WHATS THAT GET IT OFF MY FOOD COUNTER WASH HANDS AND SIGN YOUR SHEETS SAYING YOU WASHED THEM IN FRONT OF ME AND SHOW ME YOUR HANDS I BETTER SEE SOAP ON THEM. Big parking lot for Trucks 🤠

Decent Pilot location. Store was clean, including the mens room. No kinda RV parking out front. Series aligned pumps make it difficult for a large RV or any vehicle pulling a trailer to get to the automotive fuel pumps.

Easy pumps to get in and out of. Especially if you’re pulling a trailer or camper. Only a few diesel pumps in the front part of the gas station. Sometimes difficult to get to or wait for. Great food and beverage choices. They always have hot, fresh food ready to go up front. This location also has a Wendy’s. Bathrooms and showers are always clean.

The store is clean inside, lots of options for snacks and food. The lot is small for parking, which is a downfall. The area isnt the greatest, so only short stops are preferred. The lines at Wendys are long and often take a while to get food, but the staff are relatively friendly.

Multiple pumps broke. Poor customer service when asked about it, too find out which pump works, real attitude. This place really could use some good employees. I have been here before and it appears to be just getting worse instead of better. I recommend avoiding this one anymore.

Not a bad Travel Center. Your standard snacks and drinks and fuel, as well as clean bathrooms to use on your stop. This travel center has a Taco Bell, Burger King and Popeyes attached to it if you’re feeling hungry for more than just a few snacks.

I went in for a cold brew coffee nothing was made the coffee bar was a pigsty there was no creamers filled all the creamers empty they need to do a better job of keeping everything filled for the customers 24 hours a day I shouldnt have to go in there at night and everything be gone also the parking lot is full of potholes

Garbage everywhere. Garbage overflowing in all lanes. Staff not helpful, seemed to be on personal calls. Bathrooms without toilet paper. Did have paper towels.

WoW, no food at 2pm. Lunch time and the girl was so rude when I asked how long it would be. Ready when its ready is not an answer. Would have went to Wendys if it didnt have a line for miles.You guys lost a lot of business in a very short time, there was probably 10 other people looking for food also.

The employee checking us out gets finished with the customer in front of me. As I set my things on the counter she is scrolling through her social media as I stand there waiting for her to check me out. Ridiculous.

There is an Actual PAY PHONE Here! Conveniently located just off the highway with clean restrooms, a wide selection of goods for traveling needs, and very friendly cashiers to assist you.

All these fuel lane and all these drivers inside and blocking the fuel lanes. Come on pilot do something about that. Shame on the mess! This pilot station is a joke!

Would give zero stars if I could. Just stopped here on 8/13/2020 at 10am and they are not open. No signs saying closed. Multiple people and trucks stopping, getting out of their cars, going to the doors...and they are bungee shut. Real nice Pilot.

All my Pilot and the J are in standing with me a place to rest get fuel to eat and buy stuff

The shelves were very well-stocked and I was able to get what I needed quickly hang it out quickly. The staff was very friendly and the prices of the products I got were pretty good. This was a nice stop and my entire group like the store

Place is dirty claimed the showers are broken you know how many times we hear this same scenario during the overnight shift Im thinking maybe cleaning them is the issue

Great position, perfect for those travelling South Midwest up to northern Michigan, just off I94 at the junction with Nappier road. Note: for those travelling 31 North, this is where 31 ends and you need to haunt over a couple of miles west to 94.Hot food, good facilities, and the gas is fairly priced for the area. Staff are always happy and fun going, ready with and joke at the ready.Parking is suitable and access/ egress very good and close to interstate.

The only pilot to ever completely skip me In line for a shower, had to Wait another 30 minutes or so for the next shower.

First thing was that the showers were down without any real explanation other than they needed to reset the computer system...then after informing the staff that their supreme pizza had a funky taste to it with regards to future customers consumption, I get cut off by the clerk Terry (woman)claiming that she had heard enough and that I will get refunded, even though I was not asking for such refund but rather informing them of soured pizza. Not one to complain unless customer service sucks. And Terry gets the trophy tonight for worst customer relations. Last I checked, I didnt choose her career.

Fast, clean, convenient. The Wendys at this location is probably the best in the area, the people are friendly, and fast. Which surprised me, especially after seeing how long the line gets at lunch time. Which a long line is understandable after eating at other restaurants in the area, these people care about what theyre feeding you.

Watch out people, diesel thieves are around this area. I found my tanks opened in the morning!

Im always impressed with the Pilot/Flying J stores. The showers are hot and relaxing, the staff is welcoming, the chain is usually linked with a restaurant so you arent just stuck with hotdogs. I have rarely had a difficulty finding a parking spot. These are the main reasons I search for Pilot/Flying J when I need a place to park. Great company.

Wendys was busy but ok.Shower had a wash cloth left from the person before. Water was hot, but could use a good cleaning. Guy that cleans the shower was more concerned with his cell phone.

This place is clean and fairly well organized. It also has a restaurant attached for even more food options. It is a truck stop as well so at times it can be very busy to get in and out of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was busy when I was there but lines moved very quickly as there was plenty of help.

Poor food choices for night drivers. We deliver too and should have access to hot foods same as my day shift driver. When all is said we are probably more important because driving at night against the bodies natural clock is even more dangerous. All they can say is sorry. Glad you can go home and fix a hot meal. I will think of you when Im starving til morning and 500 miles away.

All the the employees are very friendly besides Joanne or Joanna. She has a bad attitude everytime I go in there. There is also always a problem with the fountain machine ice. It never works properly. The whole machine was down the other day. They took away sweet creamer for coffee and replaced it with holiday creamer. The place is always clean inside.

Was definitely not sure Id get a shower here because there was so few. But walked in and there were 3 extra showers! Great service, one of the better pilots of been to.

Great place to stop and take a break from the road. With public rest areas fewer and farther between its nice to have clean safe places like this to stop.

Very nice travel plaza. Huddle house restaurant is very good food. $5 lunch specials are fantastic. Wait staff very friendly. Then there is a subway which is also good. Then the gas station side has a lot of food choices. Cinnabon store also located in store. Very good roles.

Great place for the area. Was quick and easy went there at 11pm and it was still pretty busy. Also looked like a really good place to stop and rest if you are a semi driver

I think this place sucks any other pilot gives me points for using my companys fuel card on the scale ticket but yet she wants to argue with me instead of calling somebody to find out. It may be only a couple pennies but this truck stop company is taking everything away from us drivers we dont hardly get s*** after your night coffee you get a free coffee big deal. You shower are free when you feel so many gallons a month I get that at the loves. Plus I get $0.04 per gallon on my gift card or my loyalty card that I can spend in the store on top of that if I stay with a certain amount of limiting month I get $0.04 off everything in the store towards my loyalty card can you beat that pilot know thats why youre losing business

They have diesel.

This pilot is fantastic, there is a good amount of parking spots for semis, a truck wash out back, they have the new coffee brewing stations. Customer service was fantastic. All n all a good experience. Only takeaway was the pump I parked at for diesel didnt have a working keypad. But easily fixed by paying inside.

The parking lot will damage your truck! There are holes everywhere and the are no lines on the ground so trucks are parked all over the place. The pumps dont get cleaned/power washed very often. They could be better about the general up keep of the place.

Clean bathrooms and a great Pilot standard experience. Food including breakfast also seemed to be readily available. That too at about 3 am.

Decent stock of snacks, drinks, truck parts and hot pizza. Bathrooms are clean and so are the showers, and has a decent amount of parking. Id estimate 60+ spaces.

I would only recommend this as a last stop, or a must stop option. Only an experienced trucker should come to this facility. Its crowded and busy tight parking space and drivers who are ready to back in and get inside. Be careful and keep your head up when youre here, trucks are always coming in nonstop.

Because of state Covid mandates, they have no self serve fountain drinks. But the unmasked, non-gloved woman handling cups poorly even by regular food safety standards is probably doing more to spread illness than contain it.

Parking lot is trash filled in the truckers parking. Shower was fairly clean but SMALL. Friendly staff! Not one of my favorites.

As usual people was friendly, store was clean, and water was hot. Still think their prices are a bit steep though. I did learn a cool feature I already had with the app from them however. They explained what the rewards points are and that you can use them to buy in store stuff. For every $1 spent you earn $0.01 on your account. If your a Pro Driver that ads up fast because fuel counts and we Pro drivers use allot of fuel. They mentioned another Pro Driver had about those rewards either and after 2 years he had over $1,000,000.00 in rewards.

The Wendys attached to this truck stop needed to find better window help. Quite rude. But its ok overall.

The store, restrooms, and showers are very clean. Customer service here is amazing! The truck parking lot is a good size, but as usual, drivers start making their own parking spots, maybe more than most parking lots. All in all, a great truck stop with very friendly staff who posses great customer service skills!

My car had to be towed from Pilot gas station. The manager Deborah Bosler put all my food that I had just purchased into the refrigerator and freezer while I waited for a tow truck. Brook, one of the employees tried to get the car working, he knew the tow truck company that I had called and reassured me that they were reasonable and had a garage where the car could be fixed. Jon Ford another employee drove me home with all my groceries. Im very grateful to the employees for helping me. Thanks

Just some info, DO NOT park along side of the tree line just north of the pilot unless you have a lock on your trailer. There are thieves that will come from behind the trees to get into your trailer. They target trailers with no locks.

Tons of parking but wouldnt kill them to provide more lighting and trash cans out in the parking lots. They have a nice little grass area by the carwash for your dogs to run around as well.

Great tasting food. Good deal on pizza and wings. Big slices. But the price of everything else isnt so good. Paying $1.50 for a brisk juice which is $1 anywhere else not really a fan of that

Parking, lots of parking. Very busy but staffed enough to handle all the traffic.If your looking for extras like lights, tools, etc they have the basics. Not as much space as some others for shelving.A good place to stop for fuel or a break.

The only reason for 4 Stars is if your not using GPS; you only have just under 1/4 of a mile for advertisements of the center before the exit. Other than that; once off the highway Pilot is easy to find, clean facilities, kind staff, and decently priced merchandise.
