We needed a new garage door as ours was bent and split in several places. We ordered our door and understandably with the pandemic the wait was long. No big deal. Our door arrived and was installed. Right away we noticed that 3 of the panels were damaged. We called them up and they sent someone out to inspect the damaged panels. New replacement panels were ordered and installed. The customer service was great! It is refreshing to have a company stand behind not only what they sell but the installation. Our new panels were installed and we love our new INSULATED door. This was new for us and our garage was much warmer than it was with our previous non insulated door. The prices were great and competitive. Dont hesitate to call if you need a new garage door.

Then they gave a small 2 hour window for when the service tech would be here, and they were prompt, professional and did an amazing job! Jack was our service tech, he showed me all of the work he did, updated our sticker for service and was patient while I juggled a baby and a dog before signing off on the payment.I would reccomend Guse-Hanh to anyone.
