Susan Petersen is an expert with hearing loss. I took my 83 yr old mother to her and she figured out why my mother wasnt hearing with the hearing aide she had in. I am telling you … if you have a hearing problem go see Susan she is very good at what she does. I am so thankful for her. We went somewhere else and my mothers hearing loss problem was not solved.
