Got the wrong part a few times in a row but its more fords problem than this store. Very friendly very helpful and you can tell they honestly wonna make things right. Ive even had them give me parts at cost before to fix their mostakes. Highly recommend this particular store

I always trust the knowledgeable staff at Advance Auto Parts to know what replacement part I need and to have a few prices from high end to basic to meet my budget, but be a good product.Thank you Steve for explaining what items STORE ASSOCIATES are allowed to install on vehicles, such as wiper replacement blades.

The kitchen d who served me didnt know what he was doing. I came in to buy plugs & wires for my car and he asked if I only needed one spark plug

Great place to go a lot of people there will help you with anything but especially a guy named Steve as for him especially if not Adam is another great one there highly recommend them or anything you need for your vehicle. Way better than AutoZone dont bother going there.

Not a great experience. Didnt enforce the masks when mandated and dont care now. Worst part is they do not appear to know where any of the parts are stocked or if it is something pre-ordered to pick up in store they dont call you, even though I got a text to say it was.

I came here to buy a battery because ours had died. They tested the old battery for us for free, and helped us pick a new battery from their wide array of options. The guy who helped us purchase the battery was extremely helpful (I wish I could remember his name so I could put it here) and we received the core charge discount so for that, 5 stars. Great place, I recommend coming here for your auto needs.

I was traveling through Benton and thought I was having a battery issue with my car. They checked it out, got me the correct new battery installed and were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent staff and wide choice of items for your car to choose from. They are really awesome when you have to return an item too.

The guy was pushy towards selling me a more expensive spark plug. Other than that it was fast and got in and out with what I came in for at the same price as other local auto parts stores in area.

Like a salvage yard, if salvage yards were fully stocked new parts stores with heat and air and clean floors. You need a 2001 GMC distributor they got it. You need a 2011 f250 turbo, they got it. You need a 12 peice original recipe chicken meal? Go to KFC, this is an auto parts store. What are you stupid? Maybe you should take your car to a mechanic. They make most of there money from guys like you. Maybe take them a 12 peice bucket to them and see if they will give you a discount. Oh and most mechanics like extra crispy.
