Unlike Walmart, Kroger is never a place to which I dread going. Their selection and prices are comparable and often superior to their competitors, and their meat dept is far and away better than Wallys. The only gripes I have with Krogers on Military are that the parking lot it shares with other businesses is too small, and often the checkout lines are backed up.

Great deals! Clean store & restrooms. Also, I was able to safely shop & checkout without a mask.

I hate to be dissatisfied! I only wanted to rent a rug cleaner. Unfortunately there was only one place to rent on the store and they were not interested in helping one more customer. I waited in line for thirty minutes while the lady behind the desk gossiped with the customer in front of me. Really? 30 minutes?

This store is very nice and clean. And you can also order groceries and pick them up sometimes even the same day! I love this option. They also have a nice variety of foods and even some decent foods from other cultures. and I always love to look at their clearance and see if theres anything I could use. The only thing I dont like is having to use an app to use coupons. I dont like having to walk around the store staring at my phone trying to find the right coupon for the right product. But otherwise I still like using the coupons and saving money!

Kroger is one of my favorite places to shop. They everything I need. The location is very accessible too.

They almost always have what im looking for. They have great sales if your a rewards member.

62 years old and tried to buy cigarettes and a cart of groceries. Cashier would accept my Id because it was wrinkled. Things are getting stupid. I showed her a military Id and she didnt care.

Debbie was so incredibly rude today. I’m in there every Saturday and have never been treated so badly. The manager was super nice but Debbie ruined this location for me. Considering doing my shopping at Walmart for now on. After looking at reviews it seems I’m not the only one she’s been rude to.

Better than the one on Alcoa.

Second time prescription was not ready when I chose early pickup, came 45 minutes past that time yet told not ready yet. I’m on short lunch and told to wait 15-20 minutes. Who is running this store?

The store employees dont wear mask. Even the management goes around with their noses sticking out of their mask. This is their way of telling the customers they dont care about their safety. Filed a complaint with the Health Department. Hope they get fined for spreading the plague.

Ms. Lisa in the floral department was such a huge help and so sweet and professional. Not only did she help with everything I needed she was so kind!

I love this store. It is my neighborhood Kroger. Always friendly faces and they never forget who I am. The employees here always make it a memorable experience.

Really big Kroger with lots of selections. Too few registers for the size of the store and the are very reluctant to open additional registers when needed. All the employees are very pleasant and are very willing to help. The Kroger on Military Road has the best employees. They are very friendly and have a true desire to help. The new make-over was a great change as well. I prefer the smaller sized store.

They may not be the lowest priced in general, but they have some really great sales. And this is the best place locally for produce, organic foods, and specialty/health food items. Plus, when I have a problem they stand behind their products (at least in my experience). Also, they are doing a beautiful remodel at this time, so shopping there is a pleasure.

Older lady working self check out on January 14th around 1pm was very disrespectful to every person she encountered. Kept walking up to every single person being rude and asking a thousand questions in which she would give her opinion. Over heard her tell a guy no way he’s that old and another girl the old people just keep getting younger. Didn’t feel like she is the right person for the job. Will not be coming back anytime soon.

I always have a great experience. I love the everyday low prices and deals. I also like the fuel points and how they mail you coupons according to the things you buy most.

I love Kroger in Benton, Arkansas. Debbie Barnes is the best employee that store has ever seen! She is the most selfless helpful person there. One of the most helpful. The whole first shift crew are amazing!

Kroger is a food store that does store ads and coupons and sales. they have a flower shop, deli, fresh fruits. Bakery, featuring a wide variety of birthday cakes. Anything and everything a grocery store should have.

Always friendly fast service. The App shopping list and location of every item helps me to get my grocery and get out faster.

Nope! Never again. Cherker was to busy gossiping and entertaining to do her job. She just stopped the whole check out line to catch up on her gossip. Five people in line and she just stopped checking anyone out while she gossiped. Stood in line for 10 minutes while she stood there chatting . When talked to manager, he told me that she liked to socialize with the customers. People have places to go and places to be and you cant just go to another chieck when this was the old person checking and the manager was rude when I complain to him about it. This town is to small to be sending people to Walmart if you dont like how the casher play. There is a reason that Walmart is a multi-Billion dollar a day corparation. Because of silliness like that. Will be doing my food shopping needs at Wal-mart for now on. They are always welcome to take mine and your money without being rude to their customers. Its a lot cheaper too.

Terrible store when it comes to cheese, they dont throw out the expired ones even when you bring it up to them they just put it back after you leave. They refuse to let customers down isles during remodeling but wont close the store for construction. Shop elsewhere its much better at the marketplace

Wonderful smaller store. Shelves are always stocked. Never have to just search. The layout is a little odd. Never a complaint.

Have loved Kroger since I was a child, although I am glad there is more than one in saline county to cut down on the overcrowding. Checkout is always super fast. They need to do something about the stinch of the seafood here, it was very overwhelming and made me sick .other than that wide variety of groceries

When I was waiting at the deli, one of the Kroger employees cut in front of me to get her order. I asked at the deli on how long it would take to place an order of sushi and the lady said, I dont do that. The guy that does it isnt here and what he has out is it.When I checked out, the bagger was very rude. The cashier asked him to place my coke cans in the cart and he kept acting like he didnt hear her. Then, when he did place them in my cart, he mentioned that, He didnt really want to put them in my cart. He then left his station and walked over to the money center and began bantering about getting money. My cashier placed my shopping bag in my cart for me.I was very shocked at how disrespectful I was treated by all of the employees I encountered except for my cashier. This is my first time to this Kroger and I would not recommend anyone to go there until there is a change in the conduct of the employees there.I also filled out a survey and was told that the manager would contact me which never happened.

I use click list and have been using the Bryant store. I recently switched to Benton due to the same day pick up. I had forgot to add a few things to my order, and ended up placing another order. I was dreading having to drive back 2 hours later to pick up the second order, because I was told before that I absolutely couldnt pick anything up early from another location. As soon as I arrived and phoned in, Henry came out to my vehicle and asked me if I would like to pick up both of my orders because he noticed that I had two. He brought both orders out and loaded them for me. Henry was very kind and went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied. I will definitely be ordering from this location from now on.

Greasy meat selection better than Sams Club in my opinion. They answer all inherits with smile.

Our favorite Kroger is this one in Benton. We always seem to find something on clearance here or a really good sale that is not advertised in the paper.

I do this this store could benefit from some minor interior reorganization because it seems to be difficult to move around due to displays right from the start. However service, freshness and organization on the shelves themselves is top notch.
