I can not express how much this place impressed me. My family used to have all of their body work done by a friend, but when they closed shop I had to look elsewhere for a repair on my brother’s BMW. I shopped around and this shop was by far the most kind and understanding. The gentleman who gave me my quote discussed options on how to get the repair done for less if it was too expensive. I was happy with that, but then he took the time to cover the damaged headlight on the vehicle free of charge. I am unsure if the repair was eventually done here, but I could tell just from the quote process that this shop does it right and will treat you right. I know where I will be recommending anyone I know for sure.

I had a hail claim. 1st time. Didnt know much about the claim process or what to expect with prices and payment. The staff was very knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish. They did a vertical estimate and started the insurance claim. Gave me a date to drop the vehicle off and a time frame. They even set up the rental car for me. Everything went smoothly! The staff was very friendly and helpful and really helpful with the process. Would really recommend them to anybody. Hate to see if I would have any more incidents but would definitely return with no questions!

Ive had multiple cars taken to the guys over at Bentonville Auto Body. My 2018 mustang had the rear bumper replaced and recently my 2017 Ford Edge was fixed there. Due to our crazy work schedules, it was hard to find an appointment time. I tried to see that as a positive because that should mean they are busy, When I did as instructed by dropping off the car the night before and leaving the keys in the drop box, I was still thinking everything was great. Received a call the next morning stating they would need more time to work on it because one of the guys called in sick. I agreed to leave it another day. He asked for us to come before noon on Saturday to pick up. When we show up, 1. my keys were left in the car unlocked. 2. the car had not been touched. Not clean inside or out. 3. No one was at the at the detailing shop to ask questions. 4. NO one would answer or return my calls. Before I made another trip to come and pick up the car, I would have appreciated a call from the manager stating that is is not ready and when it would be taken care of. I do not write negative posts, but this case deserves to be posted.

5 stars just isn’t enough for this place. They have outstanding service, I had wrecked my car and needed an estimate for how much the damage was but I didn’t want to have to pay for my car to be towed from place to place. I called and talked to Jason and he gave me different options and then decided to go out to the tow yard to get pictures on his lunch break. Not only is that going out of the way he was willing to do it while it was snowing outside. Jason and the rest of the team are absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend for anyone.

My car was damaged a week before I needed to drive it to California, so it took it here and asked if there was anything they could do. The men there were transparent in what needed to be fixed and promised to have repairs finished by the time I asked. They were done a day early and the car looks as good as new. I highly recommend them for anybody who needs work done on their car.

Jason was fantastic to work with. After getting quotes around town, Jason was by far the best price. My wife scraped up a passenger door and rear quarter panel on the garage brick. This required painting the whole driver side of the vehicle. Dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready end of day Tuesday. The workmanship is 5*, top notch. This has quickly become my place for ANY auto body work!!! I cant say enough how awesome Jason and Kendra are. I havent met anyone else at the shop, but no doubt they are great too. I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra in 2018. Great truck, but came with a deep nasty long scratch that extended down the whole length of the truck bed on the right side. I got a quote from Bob More about a year ago to fix it. Decided to get a quote from Bentonville Autobody and decided to go with them. I am SO glad I did. It was $300+ lower in price,and OMG, they paint job is exquisite!! Looks brand new! You cant tell where the scratch ever was. The dealings with them was extremely pleasant. We had several small dents repaired using their PDR (paintless dent repair) procedure and they did an excellent job. Cant even see any of the dents! They also detailed the car for us an it looks great! Especially impressive is the headlights, which were really fogged from UV. They buffed them and they now look like glass!

Late on my post, I had my Kia repaired and not only did they repair my vehicle but I was also able to receive the full extent of reimbursement from my own insurance company and got a check for not having my own vehicle! I recommend this repair shop to everyone!

Just picked my car up from being detailed. I am selling my current white Camry with tan interior and asked the guys to make it ready for sell. They did an awesome job. I have had my cars detailed before but no one has done this good of a job. They stand behind there work and I would recommend them to anyone.

Took my daughters car to be detailed. They told us it would be an extra day because they were steam cleaning the seats. We go to pick it up, and nothing is done at all: dirt on the outside, Stains on the inside. Not even vacuumed out. It looked like they never bothered with the car at all.

Nice place to get your work done. Genuine reliable. Got my car cleaned once due to bad smell. The smell was back in few weeks I went back and they did it for free. Great people. Highly recommended.

Bentonville Auto Body (BAB) did a great job with our vehicle. I brought my vehicle to two larger collision centers, and they quoted me $350 more than BAB. I had told these other two collision centers I was paying cash and not doing an insurance claim. The other two centers wanted to remove more that was really necessary, thus charging me more. Jason looked at my vehicle and prescribed a repair that was more inexpensive, and it turned out great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was difficult to find out if my car is ready. I called that morning, and I had to leave a message. My message was not returned. I had to call later that afternoon, someone answered, and I was told my car is ready.

1 star is too high of a rating. I took my truck here to have hail damage repaired a few years ago. The didnt install the hood insulation back to the underside of the hood after they removed it to do the PDR work, left the insulation laying on top of the motor with NONE of the clips in the vehicle. Had to take it back to get the clips and the shop acted as if they didnt know how all 12 clips were suddenly missing. After the repairs we noticed a water leak in the truck that never happened before. The shop claimed it wasnt their fault but the truck never leaked before they had possession of it. So now a few years later, I had to take it to another shop with almost $4k in damages due to their terrible work. Why you ask? They didnt re-seal the third brake light properly resulting in the the headliner being soaked every time it rains. We attempted to discuss this with the shop on a few occasions and they denied having removed the headliner and other various spots that had to be removed in order to repair the hail damage. The shop the truck was just repaired at told us that a majority of the clips that hold the headliner in place with either missing or damaged. Not to mention the overhead console was damaged beyond repair and i had to pay over $200 out of pocket to replace the console my self. My insurance company is now out over $6k over this shops terrible work. I tell everyone I meet that needs work done to avoid this shop. Nothing but broken promises, beyond sub par work and lousy excuses.

Took car in for some FOR. They had the car about 4 hours. Car was done great one of the dents was pretty bad so ibwas just hoping it sod look better it came better than expected can hardly tell it had a dent. The price was very reasonable. I will use them again .

I just picked my truck up from these guys after leaving it with them for a full detail. My truck was super dirty, and hadnt had a real cleaning in almost a year! I expected it to look better when they were done, but it looked amazing!! Ive been around body shops most of my life, and have spent several years working in them as well. Its not hard to tell the difference in a good shop, and a bad shop. This is definitely one of the good ones! Its a small operation, but you can tell they take pride in what they do. I will definitely be returning to do business with this company.

They towed my vehicle to their shop within the hour to start tearing it down. Everyone I talked to was so nice and helpful through the entire process. They worked with us on the deductible and sent us on our way with a full tank of gas and a clean car. Talk about customer service! I went and got a detail and dent repair scheduled. They called me after I dropped the vehicle off and told me they were too busy to complete the work scheduled. When I arranged a ride back, the dent repair service was partially completed, subpar and overpriced. The lady that called to tell me had zero tact. Maybe they had bad day or just the place is run by one skilled guy with bad/no help.

These guys did an amazing job on my Kia Forte! They repaired the fender and bumper from an accident, tinted my windows and took care of some rock chips with the extra paint they had from the repair!! They worked fast and they also detailed my entire car at no extra cost to me. I would use them again for any body work needed on my car. Great work with a guarentee for cheap!

Initially they were ok. I had to return to have window tint redone. They were supposed to call when my truck was done and didnt. I needed it the next morning so I went to get it. When I arrived it wasnt even locked! Im still furious, its a $50K truck. They didnt even call the next morning to ask if I picked it up or not, it could have been stolen for all they knew. Not happy at all!

They did an excellent job of popping out and buffing a door ding. Very reasonably priced, too!

My experience with Bentonville Auto Body was fantastic! I was in an accident and was needing my car repaired. I got 4 different estimates from local body shops. Not only was his the most competitive priced, but Jason (the owner) was the only one who acted like he really wanted my business. I am a woman and sometimes mechanics try to talk over my head or tell me things that arent really true, but not Jason. He was honest and polite through the entire experience. Not only do they have a lifetime warranty on their repairs, but they detailed the inside of my car. I mean inside and out...even under the hood! It was definitely noticable that they are a small business (rather than a large chain) who strives to fulfill customers with excellent customer service. He dealt with all insurance and car rental issues and really made the who thing easy for me. It is never easy being involved in a car accident, but it was with Jason at Bentonville Auto Body! I wish them the best and will definitely direct all inquiries I get to them! Thank you guys!
