I had posted a review previously it has since been deleted. I would not recommend ! Purchased a used car with extended warranty. Not even a month had to have car towed and found the wiring harness had been messed with and the engine was bad. Called Crain and the GM stated well you bought a used car . Luckily the dealer we had the car towed to was honest and worked to get everything fixed. No thanks to Crain. I will never do business with Crain again.

Fair price dealership. Everyone was friendly. Didnt get the payment price I wanted but it was still ok deal. No pushy people. Thats a big stickler with me. Had to have windshield replaced. They said they would call in a few days to schedule an appointment. 10 days later they still havent called. If not for windshield problem I would give 4 stars.UPDATE 2 weeks later: Called 4x before finally got someone to take care of my windshield!3rd update Jan 18 2021Having some driving issues with vehicle which is under warranty. They say they have a 3yr/ 36k mile bumper to bumper included. Didnt realize until now that I paid for that. $3k was the price. Then when I call about getting it fixed was told it cost me a $100 for deductible each time I have a repair. Dont let them rip you off on this! I put them at 1 star now!
