Outstanding shop with everything one needs, minus the sensory overload mtb newbies like myself often experience in large stores. I needed a bike (who doesn’t?). I admired how Brent keeps his website updated with what he has on hand (daily). I walked in, literally praying I’d be able to find what I needed (having been disappointed at several other shops). I told Brent my goals of riding & he was honest: he did not think that bike I was after would perform what my goals were for me without serious upgrades. It was then that I figured I was going to leave dejected once more, when all of the sudden Brent showed me a bike that road far nobler than I. He patiently explained everything I needed to know including that my bike would come in the very next day, at which time he himself would build it & have ready for me in 24hours. (The other bike shop had just told me it wouldn’t be until March at the earliest. Which isn’t their fault, of course, but was, obviously a less fulfilling experience.). Brent lived up to his promise & more. I’m so thankful my prayers were answered at Bentonville Bicycle Co.!

Definitely 5 star service! This business is family friendly and they go above and beyond to take care of their customers!!! Big shout out to them for a job well done!!!

The owner is really nice but charges top dollar and doesnt stock anything budget friendly for beginners.*Update from 3 starts to 4. I can respect your response and will probably come back to buy accessories if not a bike. I definitely wont be going back to MOJO though.

Brett was super helpful. First off, very nice, welcoming guy. Second, I stopped in being needy with only two days to ride along a road trip and a few mechanicals... he saved my rides over the next few days. Took it upon himself to work on some things I hadn’t even asked for and I only showed up an hour before the shop closed. I’m in the restaurant biz and am peculiar about customer service and this spot really was top notch. Got my Pivot right back ready for the trails so I can enjoy all this area has to offer! Cheers to this shop!

What a great experience! Brett was extremely kind and helpful. Even though it was almost time to close he fixed my wheel so I can ride tomorrow! Also he gave me great tips how I can maintain my bike and what might be due for repair. Highly recommend Brett

Awesome shop that is mountain bike focused. I love it! I picked up a WTB Volt saddle here and took it on the Back 40 today. I highly recommend it! I forgot it was there during my ride.

Stopped in to pick up a new tire. They had exactly what I needed. I got to speaking with Brent and he was kind enough to help give a few suggestions on a brake issue I was having. Also threw in some trail recs as well. Super friendly and helpful spot. Thank you!

Excellent shop with accommodating owners and great deals for the area! Their location is prime for anyone who is interested in renting for a day and riding on nearby trails.I would recommend this shop over all other locations in the area based on their exceptional service and high quality gear they offer!

Brent and Jennifer offers exceptional customer service and unparalleled rental rates for the area! We called the other three major bike shops and they had either long wait times or rude service. All were out of rentals for their fleet except for them, and he even pulled one off the showroom floor for a proper fit. Bentonville Bicycle Company is by far the best deal for $40 for 24hrs. They have an excellent selection and a vast knowledge as they hail from Utah. 10 out of 10 best bicycle shop in Bentonville!

I was able to find my 3 year old son a quality bike helmet from this establishment. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Best bike shop in bentonville. Environment isnt quite as nice as phat tire or mojo, but the service is top notch.

Saw that they carried Knolly bikes so I had to make a visit (I also ride a Knolly). Browsed around quickly, but they definitely seem to carry more unique stuff (deity/hope/Knolly!) i.e. not what your typical bike shop carries... I can find specialized/bontrager/etc stuff anywhere.... Boring. Cool to see a shop with rad stuff, and the gentleman in the shop was nice too... Made a little small talk, then just let me browse on my own... I like that.

Bentonville Bicycle Co. is my new bike shop! If you’re kinda fed up with “smugness” at the bigger shops in town, this is your place!! Brent is such a stud and the selection of bikes (and prices!) are the best in town.

The owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and dont give off the condescending vibe other local shop owners give.
