Only reason for 3 stars is actually because it deserves 5. They are so good that its way too busy, at all times. Maybe I shouldnt go on the weekend or something, but over half an hour waiting in line for cookies is borderline insane behavior. The cookies have been great every time Ive visited, so has the ice cream. I highly suggest downloading the app and/or ordering ahead of time.

The best cookies ever. Great for that late night craving. They alternate their cookies weekly so you never get bored and the cookies are always made fresh while you are there or when you order to pickup.

I didnt LOVE the cookies. I mean they are thick big cookies at 4 bucks each. And I hear raves about this place all the time... I just didnt love love it. I liked it, but I didnt share the hype. I was around for the Sprinkles first ever cupcake-only bakery in 2005. Their cupcakes were fancy, but cupcakes just like Crumbls cookies are fancy, but cookies. The staff here was accommodating and pleasant. I appreciate their craft.

This is a long one so prepare yourselves.Lets start with the time. There was a line of about 15-20 people when we arrived. After about 20 minutes we made it to the cashier to order and he told us there was a hold on orders for a few minutes. Im not sure what that even means. Ive never seen that anywhere else. I understand if there is a wait. Just take our order and say it will be a little while.After about 5 minutes we ordered and moved to the side to wait for our 4 cookies. We see the couple behind us get their dozen, then the people behind them get their 6 pack. Several to-go orders went out the door and after waiting about 10-12 minutes we got ours.And now it gets worse. We tried the chocolate chip,.caramel pumpkin, cosmic brownie, and cookie dough. There is essentially 0 flavor in any of them but Ill elaborate on each.I started with the chocolate chip. I think there were maybe 5 chocolate chips in the entire cookie. All you could taste was dough.The cosmic brownie was slightly better flavor wise but still not good.The cookie dough was the best of the 3 I tried, but maybe its because it was served cool. Im not sure why specifically.By this point I gave up but my wife tried the caramel pumpkin. She said it was flavorless as well and she said she could barely taste any pumpkin. There was no caramel taste to be had on that one at all.Ive attached a picture. I have never in my life found a cookie so bad I couldnt finish. You can see in the picture how much was eaten from each and none were finished. Any WalMart or grocery store has a better bakery. Even the premade chocolate chip cookies in a tube that you bake are infinitely better. Im not sure why anyone would wait in line so long and then pay $13 for 4 cookies. I wouldnt go back if someone paid me. I wish I could leave 0 stars.I will give credit to the employees. They all seemed to be working very hard and as fast as they could.

Finally a Crumbl experience that I can write favorably about. Fast and efficient curbside. I wish there was one in Central Arkansas.

I love the cookies, staff, any atmosphere! It is hard to resist ordering each week let alone multiple times per week! A must try!

If you like chocolate chip cookies that are NOT done in the middle this place is for you. Ever. This is how they bake them. The girls eat the edges and thats it. They are never done, too sweet and too expensive. It feels more like a place to go, to do something. Like all the trips to Starbucks to get loaded whip cream and caramel laced coffee drinks. We have 2 teen daughters, they like to go for the fun but the cookies are nothing special. Just pretty. And sweet.The best cookie is made from Home.It is a waste of money as is Starbucks.

This Crumbl was so very busy! We drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to visit and we’re not disappointed. Even though they were so busy, we were greeted with smiles from a very friendly staff. Once our order was ready, our cookies were presented to us with the box open to make sure they looked okay. THEY LOOKED AWESOME.

I am not sure of it is good to be addicted to Crumbl but I am already there. Our Sunday night ritual is to wait for the new line-up to drop at 7pm. Then first thing Monday morning we get Crumbl goodness. They never diaappoint.

We waited 45 minutes in line for our cookies (on a Saturday night). Oreo was definitely the best. Chocolate mallow and plain chocolate chip were good but not great. When we got to the front of the line they were sold out of 1 of the 6 types of cookies, 3 of the 4 types of ice cream, and milk. Probably won’t go back.

Today was our 3rd visit to this location and they are always AMAZING! Such a fun treat from time to time. We love trying our new flavors, but my favorite cookie is always the chocolate chip!

The best smell, like ever, as soon as you walk in.Cookies are obviously fresh and how can you not love that warm box. The only thing Id say is the morning crew can be kinda grumpy. I did a curbside order while in the parking lot because I didnt want to go in. I had the cookies in like 5 minutes. It was great. And, the lady was helpful I went there because it was spirit night at my kiddos school and I called after placing my order and she made sure that the credit still went to the school. The cookies of course are always delish! All around good experience.

Crumble will definitely be added to the dessert rotation. I would recommend paying close attention to the flavors of the week. Some definitely lean towards too much sugar and the uniqueness of the cookie flavor gets lost. Otherwise the employees and experience has been great.

So earlier in the night I had ordered a four pack through DoorDash and two of which those cookies were strawberry and peach (both out) so I had to substitute for two other cookies. When they arrived they weren’t looking the best, some of it was doughy, some of the frosting was thrown on, and one was a little over baked. It didn’t start off to well as u can here but I called the store and their great manager on duty was awesome and super nice to me and made me as a customer (a bit mad and upset) a bit happier as she offered to hand deliver cookies to my door. Never heard of customer service around here like that but it was great. I don’t know what I was trying to get out of this but I felt like leaving a review for the customer service aspect.

Overland Park, KS employees were very friendly. I warned this place is addictive. Hands down the best cookies I have ate. Chilled Sugar is one of my favorite!!! It’s exciting to see what new flavors they are rotating in each week. The prices are good. Great gift idea!

I have been twice in the past month and it was great each time. First time I went there was no line and I was in and out in about 5 mins with 6 cookies. Each one was delicious.
