Emailed Big Frog on a Wednesday at 10am, was told the 40 printed masks I ordered would be complete by 3pm on Thursday. I ended up receiving a call by 10am on Thursday, 24hrs from email to completion!!!!Super quick, excellent customer service!!!

Very friendly staff who is willing to work with you to make the product the best they can! My logo was too small for maximum visibility and instead of just printing like it was, they cared enough to reach out and offer to tweak it a bit to make it work on my tight deadline. And the option for a 1-day turnaround is so great for last-minute lightbulb ideas. The only thing I was disappointed about was the lack of in-stock options. From what I understood, they require you to purchase the shirt from them for the 1-day turnaround which makes it really difficult when they dont actually stock inventory, they only keep samples/examples on hand which limits options and sizes. Luckily we were able to find something left over from a previous job they had done and made it work. SO I would suggest calling ahead of time and finding out what kind of fabric they can work with if you plan to bring your own shirt in.

This was a repeat order with a couple of changes. Mara was patient to discuss my options and the result was perfect. The shirts were a gift and my friend was very pleased.

Big Frog did a fantastic job! Recreated via screen printing of embroidery made in the Philippines in 1987 of shirts for my old Marine unit. An example of each will be proudly displayed at Head Quarters 2nd Battalion 5th Marines at Camp Pendleton. The initial order of over 75 units included infant onesies all the way up to mens 5X, and there were Ladies tank tops with varying colors-we walked through together to ensure order accuracy. The staff explained the process and made artistic recommendations to create a great product at an affordable unit price. And now that the designs are on file any future orders can be processed directly- leaving me hands free because trust me during this process these guys i love and bleed for followed instructions like freaking Marines...

My daughter and I are starting a business for her. We had a big show coming up and we did not want to get in over our head in ordering too much merchandise up front to re-sale. Big Frog worked with us and allowed us to order in smaller quantities, at an affordable price. There was a 5 day turn around time on printing. We displayed the merchandise at our show and sold most of what we had there. We took orders on the product and sizes that we were out of in shirts. We went back to place another order for customers that placed an order with us at the show. All in all, a good friendly experience. We were very pleased.

Big Frog is the absolute BEST place to custom order your t-shirts/bags/accessories, I placed an order on a Friday and was told the order would be ready within a week. On the following Monday I received a call saying my order was ready. I understand this may not always be the case but they give awesome service at a great price!!!
