Pella Windows came by last week and installed 4 large windows in my master bedroom and kitchen. Two were very large and they handled it fine. They installation crew led by Daniel were awesome and did a perfect job! The windows look great and Pella makes the best windows. They have proven to me once again that they are the best in the business. They have the highest quality product, and they really care about the customer! I worked with Parker up front and he gave me a really good quote that was fair and also walked me through multiple design options to insure the best outcome. Parker was great to work with through the whole process and was onsite with the installation crew on the day they put these windows in. I will continue to go to Pella for windows as they earn my business with terrific product and service!

Rich Davis and his team were amazing! On-time, professional and executed flawlessly. They kept in constant communication with us on the status of our order and followed through on their commitment to add value to their already exceptional products. His install team led by Randy came and went as quickly as possible. Randy and his team left our home and property cleaner than when they arrived. They were professional and considerate; conducting themselves in a manner that exemplified the Pella Promise.

After 20+ years I needed a new door handle and 3 point locking mechanism for my Pella French Door. Rich was very good to help me get what was needed and stayed with the project until I got whatI was comfortable with. Rich set me up with Daniel to do the installation. Daniel came out a couple of times to first understand the scope (admittedly a pretty small job but important to me). Once the parts came in, Daniel made quick work of it. Many thanks to Rich and Daniel both.

We recently replaced the windows in our home. Dylan was very knowledgeable regarding the windows and features, making the selection process uncomplicated. When it came time for the actual installation, Daniel and his team did an awesome job! Not only did they show up on time, they were respectful, courteous and extremely hard working. Mary East, at the Bentonville Ar. Pella Store worked with us to design the windows for our modern style lake home. Mary’s knowledge of the Pella product and design expertise produced a very appealing and practical window application. The use of a quad slider for our deck, which faces the lake was a huge improvement from the architect’s design. Didnt realize an appointment is best to ensure someone is actually there to help. Website did not mention this. Drove up there to view the showroom. Did not live up to expectations and the only person there was a receptionist who couldnt really answer any technical questions regarding the product. Very disappointed. Left name and number but as far as I know, never got a call back. I screen my calls for unknown numbers and there wasnt a message left that I know of. Chose a different window company. Receptionist was very nice and honest about her lack of knowledge or would be a 1 star.

Because my windows had no serial numbers, they wanted $125 to come out and look and none of it applied to the repairs I wanted done. I appreciate your response but when i first called, your customer service asked me to send pictures and dimensions, which i did. There was no mention of serial numbers. What is the tech going to do for $125? Which according to your customer service does not apply to repairs.

Mary was very responsive throughout the whole process. Daniel worked with me to get everything right on the installation. This was a very custom job and took lots of adaptation and creativity. They made me feel like a priority. I would definitely recommend them.

I just had the best experience with the entire crew! From sales with Patricia to installation with Daniel... I just cant imagine it any better! This was the easiest part of my remodel. They did what they said they would do. It was the done for the price they said it would be. They were finish when they said they would be done. HOW RARE!!!

Pella did a remarkable job installing the new windows. Zack is a great installer and took care in paying attention to all of the minor detail that make the installation go well. He also did a good job in cleaning up. The Sales Representative, Patricia, was also very helpful and not pushy. She kept me updated as to the status of the order and when they would be delivered. I cant say enough good about the entire process. I did not have all of the house windows replaced but am now thinking about doing the rest of the windows as the new windows really made a difference. The house looks so much better both from the inside looking out and from the outside. It is well worth the cost to have Pella Windows. To have the Pella warrenty is important and also that the warrenty can be transferred to a new home owner if I have to ever sell the property. Wonderful experience! Replacing the windows in our home was a positive experience thanks to Parker, our Pella sales representative, Daniel, our lead installer and his team. Parker was knowledgeable and coordinated any changes we made throughout our decision making process. He was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Daniel and his team worked hard to remove our old windows and install our new windows, removing all debris, we were quite pleased. Two members of his team, Nate and Jarret, returned after the installation and did a terrific job addressing and resolving an issue. And our new Pella windows? We are happy customers. The windows are easy to operate, love the easy clean/tilt in feature and look great.

Mary, Daniel and his crew, and Courtney were all so amazing to work with. We placed our custom window order with Mary when we lived really far away. She came to meet us at our project and looked over everything thoroughly. She respected our budget and worked hard with us to ensure we did not go over it, which we really appreciated! We changed things many times after the walk through and Mary worked with us extensively to get everything right. Working with Courtney to coordinate scheduling our installation was seamless! She informed us when our windows were ready and made sure to call many days ahead to allow us to schedule at our convenience. When Daniel and his crew came out to install, they worked extremely hard and made sure everything was the way we wanted it. He and his teams work ethic was impressive and our whole job (15 replacement windows and 4 doors) was done in two days! He made sure to check in with us multiple times to ensure everything was still the way we wanted it to be. Parker Matthews and Daniel, as well as their crew, did a fantastic job on our install of a very large 3 panel glass sliding door. They removed the old door and installed the new door in a professional manner. Kept time deadlines, perfect custom size, cleanliness and care, of the already finished home, during install. New contemporary build with triple pane doors and windows - can add blinds or shades later - Dylan is a thinker and was amazingly helpful in suggestions that fit our needs - french doors with low threshold perfect for my wheelchair bound spouse - life warranty is awesome and a name we can trust! We replaced our 32 year old Pella windows (26 windows). The entire team did a great job. Dan Lewis was very professional and helpful. The installers were great. They kept the mess and debris to a minimum. The only issue was some of the inside caulking. Maybe a final a inspection by sales person may help eliminate that issue. Overall we are very happy.

The Bentonville office has an outstanding representative in Mary who took problems that did not originate with her to the regional owner who then handled things exactly right! Pella has always been our window of choice because of quality and never, in 20 years, needing service. I will upgrade my 4 stars to the (deserved) 5 stars as soon as the work is complete. But for now, just know that this store will stand behind their excellent products! Thank you for working with us!

All I can say is Im more than thrilled with the entire process Jeff is great and makes sure he has answered every question. In some cases he answered questions I didnt know to ask. ;)The ordering and scheduling process were great. The installer wasawesome.That said, I could tell the difference in comfort inside my house immediately. I know its winter here but I cant wait to see the first utility bill and see what the results will be. Im sure there will be an obvious improvement as my furnace is running about half the time is use tofor the same comfort level.IF your looking for windows, this is the place to go. Mary East and Wayne Presley of Bentonville PELLA… ROCK! In a word, ordering, scheduling, installation, service and product satisfaction are... EXCELLENT!Two highly professional and informed representatives of a product which they are very proud. First day at the store… Mary provided a very informative show and tell of the available Pella products and finished up zeroed in on exactly what we were looking for… we were replacing every window in the home that wasn’t already a Pella… we needed 11 windows, triple pane, internal blinds, tinted and NO grill work. We already had a couple Pella deck sliders, gym windows and storm door for several years all in excellent shape.Mary accompanied the installing contractor’s initial visit for measuring/fitting etc. and ensured we had left/right windows selected correctly in each position and all bases covered. The install went without incident by a very professional local contractor, Guy Winchester… no messes, polite, careful and considerate… and not leaving without our concurrence the job was complete, we were satisfied… and a window by window show and tell had been completed. Since I was doing the interior trim work… he also gave me a very helpful tutor session to help me by some of the troublesome moments trimming a not so square spec house.If that wasn’t enough… a few days later… enter Wayne Presley, a very informative and knowledgeable Pella tech-expert and follow up satisfaction guaranteed person. We had a couple insignificant dings which Wayne immediately corrected without delay. These two young Pella professionals are indeed a credit to their organization… and whatever Pella is paying them… it’s NOT enough. Kudo’s to all.As for the windows, the name speaks for itself… they are the talk of this Bella Vista neighborhood… I’m glad they are nailed in to prevent theft… LOL. The small picture window is a delight. The light tint and internal blinds are awesome, there is no more glare indoors. All of the open/close actuators and blinds operate as smooth as silk. In the daytime… looking in from the outside… all one sees is their own reflection; but, at night with the house lights on… better be using the blinds, as the windows are so huge and visual… they can look right in from the outside. Wouldn’t trade them for the world, greatest windows we’ve ever owned.

The experience all-around was mostly great. Patricia Enderby was prompt and very pleasant to work with. Zach Aastrup was very efficient, professional, and did a fantastic job installing the windows.The windows look beautiful and have really added to the look of our home. Couldnt be more pleased.The only thing negative would be the time it took for the windows to get made. I understand, though, in the current climate everything takes a long time, so I dont fault the company for that.
