The owner is super focused on customer service! Will use them for any electrical needs going forward!

I recently had a poor experience with Bentonville Winlectric. My electrician sent me there to buy the materials I needed for my new construction building. I had already purchased the LED can lights (close to 60) and still needed to select switches and outlets along with wall plates. When I arrived at Winlectric, the sales rep didnt ask me about the lights (as though it didnt matter) but instead walked me through the warehouse to show me some switches. I wanted a higher end switch that had a status light and selected a model that I thought would be sharp, and would work without issue. I ended up buying 15 of them at nearly 40/each. Upon installation,I discovered that they were not compatible with my LED can lights because they flickered. When I reached out to them over the phone to tell them they flickered they blamed the inexperienced person that assisted me. I stopped in to see if they would help me and after the sales rep spoke with the manager I was flatly told no. They wouldnt accept the switches as a return, and they wouldnt give me some sort of a discount on replacement switches or lights. Bottom line is they didnt steer me towards the right switches and then they didnt make their mistake right.

I dealt with Sarah and she was fantastic, super friendly and very knowledgeable!

I had left a message with the owner about a complaint. Was cussed out by the owner and lied to by the manager . Will never go back!!!
