Staff was very rude. My sister and I were the only customers in the store and were never greeted when walking in, around or when leaving. Staff never looked up. We left without buying anything due to this. We had friendly greetings and help from EVERY boutique on the square, EXCEPT this one. Will not be back.

Went in to shop for a Mother’s Day gift for my in laws and was never greeted with a hello. I didn’t think much of it since it’s a busy Saturday on the square in Bentonville. When we went to check out the lady never greeted us or looked up. She just said “is this it?” Took our money and counted our change back to us. She never gave a thank you for our business. Never even smiled. As I was walking out I said how disappointed I was in the lack of friendliness from this business. Her response was “I said hi, we are busy!” Too busy to greet your customers with a smile and thank them for their business? Also, we were the only paying customers at that time. This is terrible and I will definitely let everyone know.

Went in to find a gift and was immediately greeted by friendly clerk. She asked if she could help me find anything. I told her my dilemma that I needed a gift for a birthday for a friend and she gave me 3 recommendations without hesitation. I purchased some Finchberry soaps and she even gift wrapped it for me. Problem solved. Thank you very much.

I love this store and its in a perfect location in fun, downtown Bentonville! Great clothes and jewelry and friendly employees...one of my first stops for a gift or something for myself.

None of their products are very original. Think bedazzled jeans if they were a gift shop. The lady is super friendly but the products are boring.

I worked for the owner during the holidays to give her time off to participate in the Bentonville Christmas Parade as well as some evenings and Christmas Eve and after helping her out because she was desperate she got an ugly mouth on her and refused to pay me on pay day.I have multiple text messages from her cursing me with very sailor. laugage. Shes definitely not a fair person and treats employees very mean and talks about God and church but belittles gay people .Second day I worked there her and 2 other employees talked about the birth certificate issue on same sex and I was beside myself hearing this.Not a nice person, fake and two faced. Prices are 100% more than cost.I wouldnt shop there or tell my friends to go there.Some items are great but over all no.Had to report this to The Chamber of Commence and BBB.
