I had a decent experience building with Seaside. However the prices in their store are very high. They charged me $70 for a replacement capacitor for my pool pump. The same capacitor is $23 at an electric store. This week they sold me a bag of shock for $14, that is twice the price of online. I priced a filter replacement and it was $50 here but $25 online. I would price check before buying anything here.

My wife and I visited this location on 7/17/21 and had the worst customer service ever. We ask to speak with someone about inground pools. Both they options as well as the pricing. We spoke with Bryan and he could not have been more uninterested in explain options and proving to us. He made us feel like we were wasting his time and interrupting his lunch. We spent a full week in the area buying a home and getting to know Bentonville, Bryan was literal the only person in the entire community that made us feel unwelcomed. We went down the street and bought a pool from Burton. The customer service was excellent at Burton!

Enjoy working with this company, always helpful and friendly when you walk in... enjoy talking with the guys up in Bentonville on the weekends. Never have problems keeping my pool looking perfect thanks to them!

Our pool had been taken over by algae and Seaside was super easy to work with to get it resolved! They had someone at our house the next day and fixed everything Super Fast!! Jordan Henbest has been amazing!!! He walked us through all the different hot tub options and was very patient. He even came out the day of delivery to help position where the hot tub should go and assisted with getting all the chemicals balanced and the hot tub up and running.I would highly suggest reaching out to him for all your pool or hot tub needs. You wont get any better!!

Worst pool company we ve ever use. They send 1 guy to do acid wash and he leaves without talking to us and leaves dirt and debris in the deep end. Didnt even clean the pool correctly and wore earbuds the wbole time so there was no chance to interact with him. The WORST, and they built the pool. Also, they dont call you and wont give customer service over the phone, obviously there motto is NOT be nice and listen to the customer, they took advantage of my 90 year old mother, and no way to speak with the owner, hes mia

This company has been a nightmare they dont return calls our community pool is by far the worst pool I have ever seen we have defects and equipment going out and it has only ran about a total of 6 months but has been installed for over the year which means the warranty is no longer good but I wouldnt know they dont call me back I would suggest going with a different company just a heads up from what Ive heard some pools turn out great but if it doesnt it turns out to ve really bad
