Beware using PakMail in Bentonville, AR!In January, 2021, I shipped a Drone to my son in NM, which was a gift from his late father, along with two other small gifts, using a box of my own. Since I am a senior, I decided it was easiest to take the securely packed box to PakMail in Bentonville to ship. I added $1,000 insurance to the package, which would cover damage, loss, or theft of the Drone (an item noted specifically on the clerks paperwork). Never once, during this transaction, were we told by the clerk or by PakMails owner that #1) the box needed to be opened and inspected to see if, in truth, a Drone was inside, and that #2) PakMails insurance only covered boxes that they had packed in-store; or that #3) there was a poster on the wall in the store, spelling out the stores insurance policy. So, when the Drone was missing from its box, upon arrival in NM, neither the Bentonville PakMail or their parent company, Annex, would honor the insurance I had bought at the time of shipment. Everything else was in the box, including some mysterious cable wires, but the Drone had been stolen from a slit at the bottom the box and resealed by 3 tape which I dont own. My son and I have spent the last three months writing emails, supplying photos, as well as making frustrating phone calls, only to be left feeling discouraged and angry, because of PakMails blatant lies, indicating that it was all our fault. So, beware when getting insurance on a package through PakMail, especially a package youve packed yourself, what is specifically covered or not covered. Neither my son nor I or anyone in our family will ever use Bentonville PakMail again because of the unprofessional, dismissive, disrespectful and dishonest way we were treated by the owner. Its impossible negotiating a settlement, when one of the parties is operating in a void, feeling unheard, getting kicked in the pants, and ultimately left at the curb with no recourse. This was an unpleasant, sad, and costly experience!

Terrific location! Weve been using them for all of our mail since August 2014 and call when we are somewhere long enough to have it all forwarded. Theyve always been super friendly both on the phone and in person. Great people to work with!

People that work there are always nice. I love getting packages there instead of worrying about them being outside in weather. I have had them ship several things and every thing arrived in perfect condition. Only improvement would be, being able to pick up packages all day Saturday. But I knew about that before I rented but from them.
