How hard is it find a good local bagel in NJ ? This wasnt a question I thought I would have to ask when I moved here 5 years ago. My bagelcoaster quest has taken me from mediocre to stale bodega bad. On a whim, I ordered from Bagels and More in Bergenfield. They delivered, literally and with the quality of their bagels. I order two bagels for research purposes. The sesame with scallion cream cheese was the perfect texture . Soft on the inside and had the coveted bagel shell on the outside. My second choice was an everything bagel with butter. The perfect amount of everything seasoning was added, giving the bagel flavor without making a mess. For a drink, I got an iced coffee. Through Tristate deli magic, it tasted exactly the same as every other bagel shops iced coffee. Comforting and tasty. Not sure why they all taste the same. Do I really want to know? That is a quest for another time. Try Bagels and More in Bergenfield, you will not be disappointed.

Ordered food to be delivered at 6:55. After waiting 25 minutes after the due time I was informed by Grubhub that they wouldn’t deliver order . They should have never accepted the order if there intentions were to not deliver. Very bad owner skills and management. Bagels and more should change name to bagels and Can’t..

My favorite bagel spot in town for literally like 15 years. Really good bagels/sandwiches and the coffee is really smooth!

Great place for breakfast or anything on the menu is wonderful. My kid is a picky eater and he loves when I Oder from here.

I order from this location all but once, and i really loved it . However I have little idea what i did, working int he industry i always tip 20 percent, I hope i didnt under tip . Anyway i have tried to make an order all week, I truly apologies for whomever i offended . You guys wont even pick up my calls. Hopefully bridge may be mended

I ordered a tyrkey sandwich w cole slaw and greek salad. I was given the wrong side, no lettuce on my sandwich, and the worst part was they gave me a “greek salad” with cut up swiss deli cheese. How gross! They should have told me they were out of feta cheese, i would have never paid for the wrong item. However they didnt say anything about being out if feta so it was too late by the time i went to eat my food.

I come here every Saturday morning before work and almost every day at lunch and the food here is delicious.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I ordered 2 T/E/C sandwiches with extra meat and extra cheese with S/P/K and well done Taylor ham... I paid $3.75 extra for EACH sandwich... I get my sandwiches and they are absolutely flimsy and thin. NO EXTRA CHEESE, NO EXTRA TAYLOR HAM, NO S/P/K and the Taylor ham was not well done.... idk who they got working on the grill but they need to get it together. Ill be taking my business to BAKIN BAGELS from now on..

Not a bad place to order breakfast. Very good breakfast bagels but decent pancakes. There online ordering has its issues.

Great place. People are nice, prices are nicer. Food is delicious.Only downside - for me - is its not even remotely convenient to get there. Its not difficult, takes a minute or two out of the way, but I just have no reason to be in that area sadly. I can see the place being on the way for a lot of people, since Main St is so popular. Id guess parking is a pain too, but Im a commuter so I dont need to worry about any of that.Bottom line, price, food and people are great.

Worker keeps getting my order wrong, then accuses me of saying cream cheese, when I clearly said butter. Poor service!

I needed some bagels to give to the nursing staff that wonderfully treated my wife for 5 days after her double knee replacements. I called Bagels & More at 6:15 in the morning and ordered 20 mini bagels and 5 regular bagels, and some bagel spreads. Carlos, who works there, recommended the spreads available. I ordered the following spreads; crème cheese (2 of them), crème cheese with scallions and egg salad. It was the perfect gift to the nurses that I delivered at 8:45 am.I searched for other gifts like, chocolate cover red strawberries, or fruit baskets. The fruit baskets were not very descriptive (how may fruits), just small or large baskets. The cost for these items was from $60.000 to $80.000 and had $14.00 + delivery charges. The supermarkets had fruit baskets but one has to order 24 hours in advance, I did not get prices from the supermarkets. We received many thanks from the nursing staff for the bagels & spreads that they enjoyed.So…..I paid for all of my bagels and spreads only $40.00. Thank you Bagels & More for your great bagels & spreads and helping me make some good choices.Len Vadal

Decent bagels. Handmade in the store. The grill is usually on so the place always smells like something is cooking. I leave with the oder of frying on my clothes. Probably a better vent would take care of that problem. Does not have a full appetizing section but what they do have is good. Good prices friendly service convenient hours.

Went in at around 11:30 on a Saturday. Ordered tuna on an everytime bagel and Taylor ham egg and cheese. ONE piece of Taylor ham and the bagel was not toasted...and the scrapings from the tuna container for the tuna sandwich. Will not be back.

Was ordering from here for a while and it was great. Then they started forgetting items in my order and wont deliver because theyre busy. How do you offer delivery service and tell a customer no because youre busy? Unacceptable.

Food was above average. Delivery guy was super cool and professional. I ordered online and expected to tip when he came adding it to the card I used bc I had no cash. They didnt have that option so I couldnt tip him and he just smiled and said dont worry bout it, enjoy your food, and write a review. I feel bad about it as I used to serve and lived off tips. So to that delivery guy....cheers to you.

This is a great bagel place in Bergenfield. They get busy during the morning hours so i would recommend calling ahead with your order. The bagels themselves are pretty good and so is the coffee. There are also a variety of drinks available (orange juice, vitamin waters etc.); however they dont put much inside the bagel when you order a sandwich. Theyre not shy about putting cream cheese on the bagel. But if you order a sandwich, there is like a thin layer of egg, meat (if you get one). My family from NY were not happy about that because they felt they paid too much for bread with nothing inside. I guess i just got used to it. The staff are pretty nice.

The worst bagel place in the area. Paid $10 for this salmon with veggie cream cheese bagel. The owner charged $2 for substitute of regular cream cheese to veggie cream cheese. Outrageous!!!

I am very pregnant and very sick. Ordered in to avoid going out in dangerous weather. Delivery was over an hour late and when I called, the lady was rude and claimed “it’s our busy time what do you want me to do?” Maybe call and let me know so I could have the chance to cancel my order? Why charge a delivery fee if you can’t deliver on time? Food wasn’t even worth the wait. Breakfast sandwich was cold and stale.

The breakfast sandwiches here are delicious and they have fat sandwiches as well!. The price is a slight higher then others but the food is really good.

I have heard a lot about Bagels and More in Bergenfield Nj. I thought I would come and check to see if all the hype was real. When I got there I felt very welcomed. I was greeted by the owner Carlos and his wife who are very nice people. I ordered a french toast platter for breakfast and a california panini. I have eaten some pretty good french toast at diners but this was very good, it even came with bacon 2 scrambled eggs and a free small coffee. Lunch time at work I ate the panini and it was very good nice and crispy. I will continue going back it is my number one spot in bergenfield whenever I am in the are I make sure I stop there and would reccomend to everyone. BEST BAGEL DELI AROUND.

Called me an hour after placing my meal to cancel my order because itll take a lot longer keep in mind I only ordered a dozen bagels. Now I have to wait up to 5 business days for my money.
