It’s an interesting drug store that has a machine can duplicate your key. It’s located in Bergenfield with great staff, many items and easy parking.

If I can give 0 stars then I would. The pharmacy is incredibly SLOW and I have been waiting for so long to get my flu shot. This is unbelievable.

Little to no staff at any given time. Card machines are out of order more than normal. Product selections are slim and more befitting a discount warehouse than a chain store. To top it off, prices here are at least 10% higher than similar stores selling the exact same products in the area. Only shop at this store if its a legitimate emergency.

Amazing place!!! My go to pharmacy!! Since 2004! I love the staff. I’ve been there for as long as I can remember.. Jenny and Maxine are wonderful :)

I accidentally left my wallet with all my cards, IDs and big cash. A lady employee, Ms. Margarita, saw it on the cashier counter. She requested her fellow employee to open my wallet to look for IDs for possible ways of returning it to me. It is because of her concern and care that she brought it to our residence after her shift at around 10:30 p.m. My wallet was intact because of her honesty and integrity. I had a restful and peaceful sleep that night because she went out of her way to return it to me. My sister said that Ms. Margarita was patiently ringing the doorbell. She graciously handed the wallet to my sister.Rite Aid is blessed to have an honest employee through Ms. Margarita. She has my utmost gratitude. May God be gracious to her.I am also impressed by the pharmacy department of the courtesy accorded to me. The pharmacy staff members were very helpful and accommodating. They are efficient and knowledgeable. However, I am being forced to transfer to another pharmacy due to my health insurance policy.My very best wishes to Rite Aid Pharmacy, Portland Avenue, Bergenfield for a prosperous year. I will continue to shop there for my non-pharmacy needs.Thank you very much!
