My husband and I started our mattress shopping at Mattress Firm in Bergenfield. We went in with the intention of this being our first stop. Since its a fairly big investment we were planning on going to a few other places before we made our final decision. We both have very different mattress requirements. Abdul spent a lot of time explaining things and answering all our questions but was never pushy. The next day we decided there was no point in going anywhere else and ordered our mattress from Abdul and it was delivered two days after that!Also delivery was quick and efficient. The evening before we were informed of our delivery time via phone and text. Then we were contacted 10 minutes before they arrived. The men who delivered it were polite, very careful not to bump anything and quick.

Alexandria & Abdu are superb sales people! I was thoroughly educated on how mattresses work and the experience was wonderful. Flo and I are completely satisfied with the service. I will make sure to send all of my friends and family to Mattress Firm.

We went to visit the Mattress Firm in Bergenfield, NJ (New Bridge Plaza) and was hesitant at first not wanting to be harassed by over anxious sales people. I was PLEASANTLY surprised that not only was our salesperson, Abdu, patient but we were very impressed by how knowledgeable he was on the types of beds, the science behind choosing the right firmness and after providing him with some information about what kind of bed we needed for my mom, he took much care in showing us the right mattress that would best work for her. We walked out of the store feeling comfortable with our purchase and not feeling as if we were tricked into buying something we didnt want or need. He also took time talking to us well past closing hour. The store closed at 9p and we finished the transaction by about 10:30p. It was such a pleasure dealing with him. We plan to return to this exact location for when we get our second mattress set.

I just purchased a Beauty Rest hybrid plush mattress with the adjustable base with the adjustable legs and mattress cover . I was looking for a bed that fitted the needs for my 83 year old mother with back and heart problems. I initially spoke on the phone with the sales person Abdul and he was quite knowledgeable. When I met him in person he was not only knowledgeable about all of the items in the store but was extremely professional and pleasant. He was also extremely diligent about making me feel safe as we conducted business due to Covid. If you want to purchase a mattress don’t hesitate to come here and ask for Abdul.
