We very much enjoyed our food. The fish was delicious, as were the fried chicken, chicken wings and fries. The macaroni and cheese was ok, nothing special. The wings were very small, but they were tasty. The staff were friendly and the order was accurate.

I guess all the comments saying call first then pickup are true; waited 15 minutes for a small 4 tenders and fries meal. The tenders were very small and the fries had a terrible bitter aftertaste. I decided to give this place a shot but the long wait and the terrible food didnt cut it. Better off at Chick Fil A or KFC, both places have similar prices but higher quality.

Its so good I am glad its a little out of the way for me. If not my family would insist I pick up food there everyday! Sooooo goooood!

We love the rib crib. It’s always a pleasure ordering from here. Everything is good but the chicken tendies are the absolute best. So crispy and delicious. Don’t forget the 24K sauce 🤤 You won’t be disappointed with anything you order. We got the Mac and cheese bites, popcorn shrimp, onion rings, French fries and chicken tenders. Not only is the food always piping hot but it’s also SO tasty!!! They almost jipped us of our fries yesterday but nothing that a quick check before we left the parking lot didn’t solve!

Got a bunch of chicken tenders and fries. The buffalo tenders were still crispy after sitting in the sauce for a bit. Same with the fries. Really really good stuff. The 24 karat sauce is a MUST TRY if its your first time. really good stuff, cant wait to try other stuff on the menu!

Food is super good havent been in the area to get food from them in about 12 years and still taste amazing fall of the bone ribs tender juicy chicken french fries were cooked just right. If youre in the area you have to go there. Its take out only but worth every bite. I ordered the 4x4 which 4 piece chicken with 4 ribs literally finger licking good. Make sure you have plenty of napkins.😍😍Cant wait to go back

This place is good for the price. The tenders are very good.. I am not a huge fan of the battered wings but the rest of the food is good.

Order food from here religiously, I call to ask a question about one of their items and clearly tell the man on the phone i had a question about their Buffalo WING combo and he was still acting like he didn’t know what it was and still asking me what it was on the menu after I said exactly what it states on the menu. He then proceeds to say something very nasty to which I replied well it’s your menu you should know it and he said I don’t have to speak to him in that manner and said good luck and hung up.

Lower cost, quick grab and grub spot. Do it! It wont hurt, too much, as long as its done in moderation, of course. And their newer, baked chicken is a hit! Save a bit on the worst that the fried comfort food has to offer, from time to time by picking up for backed chicken. Why not? The fried stuff will work too, on occasion. But youre gonna have to start eating that stuff rather quickly, otherwise it aint gonna be right if you wait too long to scarf it down. College students absolutely LOVE this place. I should probably open one up near another school one day! 😊

They open at 11am which is right before lunch time and their menu is massive and have a lot of different choices, they even have pizza. The price point is really good and wont kill your wallet for some good food. I wont lie the chicken wings I got was a little small but the wings was really good. Overall for the price it wasnt bad would definitely visit again.

Only place I know that charges additional for blue cheese or hot sauce when you order a chicken meal. Any other chicken spot gives you BOTH with your meal. 75 cents for blue cheese dressing what cheapskates. Will find another place to order from, they have always been real cheap with things like that sauce, napkins, etc..

Will not be stopping by here ever again. Poor customer service overall. Staff was unprofessional, and rude. Would give a zero, if it were an option. Picked up food to go and it was beyond dry and as if it were done hours ago and then heated in a microwave.

We ordered by phone and had it delivered. Food arrived very quick and it was still hot. We had the 24kt chicken with fries and it was pretty amazing. Our first to ordering from this location. UPDATE Dec 2018 They now have wings that are much larger than the tiny ones they used to have. The size is now on par with other wing places. If youve never had them, I highly recommend the battered and fried with 24 karat sauce!Much to my surprise, their pizza is actually very good. Didnt think it would be, so I was pleasantly surprised.This is take out only. Regular wings and battered and fried wings. Their wings are on the small side, but the battered and fried are outrageously good and hard to find. Their 24 carat sauce is addictive. They have good deals on pizza, and there pizza is better than expected. They have lots of sodas and juice to choose from. They have decent desserts. They do regular chicken dinners - 2 pieces chicken with rolls and mashed potatoes and gravy. They do salads and sandwiches too. They deliver within a certain radius.

All of the young people there have terrible acne - so I guess they’re eating their own cooking.Variously friendly or rude on the phone - kinda depends who’s working I suppose. It’s the lowest-cost food with the tastiest chemical/ food-science sauces, so set your expectations accordingly.

The ribs here are very tasty. Ive also tried the pulled pork (good but huge). As another reviewer said, the fries are very greasy. The quality may not be that great, but its very good considering this is a fast food place.They probably fry most their food and they are not health conscious at all. If you go here, you will definitely gain some pounds, but in moderation its worth it.

So it seems that Chicken & Rib stepped it up a lil from the past. I think the 5 different ways tocook the chicken gets a big confusing, nevertheless 24K and Chattanooga Southern Fried and the best ways! I like getting the twin peaks combo, chicken is tender, moist, crispy, perfectly cooked & seasoned. my mouth waters thinking of it.

I work nearby and someone left a menu in the break room,so I gave this place a try. $7.99 sounded like a pretty good deal for a 10-piece wing dinner, which comes with a small roll and fries or mashed potatoes, but now I see why...The wings are tiny! Somethings amiss when the fries and dinner roll are longer/larger than the wings. The flavor was pretty good, and you get a lot of fries, but the wing size is very disappointing. Doubt Ill go back unless they start serving normal sized wings, not ones that look like theyre from newly-born chicks. Ill be throwing away the menu at my job.

Overall very good experience! The online ordering process was extremely simple. My food arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected (during one of their peak hours, no less), and the food was hot and delicious. The rib meat practically fell off the bone+ cajun fries were well seasoned, without being over-salted. Will definitely order again soon.

The chicken is good, especially for the price. A box of chicken and fries is a nice easy dinner for a few. Just dont go in expecting fine dining.

Meh. The chicken was so over-cooked the bone fell apart. The ribs were also so over-cooked. I asked for corn bread twice making sure it was substituted and they still gave me bread rolls. But the mashed potatoes and the flavors in general were really good. Still a little bit Meh. I was a little disappointed with the meal and the entire experience.

Every time Ive ordered, they get at least 1 thing wrong. I order food for my family and when I call them about the wrong order, they get mad! For what? And I always get a girl, she always has an attitude. The food is great but they need better customer service, without good customer service, these people will end up without a job. Food was ok. I ordered the 21 piece with french fries. It was literally a small order of french fries and 21 pieces of chicken. Only sent 3 small packages of ketchup. Then charged me 50 cents for a sauce that was supposed to be included.

Great spot to get lunch or dinner. For eight dollars you can get two really big chicken breast with fries. For eleven dollars you can get two breast, two ribs and fries. Los deals for a lot of food.

Unfortunately, not an eat in place.. Cheesesteam was good, not great but this isnt Philly so you get what you expect, mac n cheese bites were bland, GF liked the Garlic Parm wings but they were small, other reviewers arent joking when they say theyre 2x1 inch. Bone n skin.

Simply the best, once you try the Crib you will be back for more. Corn bread is out of this world good too.

Every time I give it a shot, I order a pulled pork wrap. Every time I say “no onions, no tomatoes, no lettuce.” Every time they give the what I asked them to keep off. That’s my last time.

Never had a problem with this location and staff have always been friendly. Inusally get the tenders and they are on point, especially that breading.

The prices are a little high for fried chicken. Its just chicken, same as Popeyes. I dont think the value is there. For$14.99 you get chicken and fries. They dont offer real sides with their meals. You at least get a choice of two sides at other chains. This is the only thing that is failing for me at this restaurant. When I order a chicken dinner its chicken and fries and a Hawaiian roll. Thats not a dinner, I prefer to not eat French fries with fried chicken. They should definitely offer other options. They are also charging a $50 delivery fee for the Airmont area which is 6 mins away from the place. Ive notified them multiple times but they dont t care. I wish I could like this place more but their are so many flaws in pricing and value of food and meals.

Alright, so some of us here at work have ordered from there before and today none of us felt like going out for food so we had it delivered.One 2pc meal, one BUFFALO chicken cheese steak, and one plain pizza.The only thing edible was the 2pc meal, the chicken cheese steak was made from chicken parts ripped off the bone, except there WAS BONES in the sandwich itself. There was NO BUFFALO sauce in the BUFFALO CHICKEN CHEESE STEAK...really..is this please serious? And we were charged for a side of blu cheese dressing, which was NOT in the bag. The pizza tasted similar to the box it was served in, you get better pies at 7 eleven. Not only am I going out of my way to warn people, this business has now forfeited any future orders from our company, as the experience was made known.
