Great service..The store supervisior was very helpful when placing my order. He made me feel confident in placing my order and trusting them with my business. Definitely will be order again from them!

Same as another reviewer, I had to pay $15 to have something delivered up the street. It would have been cheaper to have it mailed there. Not to mention this gift was meant to arrive so that the person receiving it could enjoy the fruit with their co-workers. Instead the delivery confirmation was e-mailed to me at approximately 5:01PM. If that person had left 10 minutes early they would never even received the arrangement. Absolutely never using this location again.

I ordered a bereavement bouquet and when I called to explain we were running late picking it up at the Bergenfield location before they close at 5 PM, a wonderful associate named Mohammed, went out of his way, and arranged to call us when he was leaving the store at 5 o’clock.He offered to drop it at the second location on his way home, in Hackensack, because they were open the following day, as his Store was closed on Sundays. He called just as he promised!The end result was that he made special arrangements to have another associate drop it off at my daughters house in Emerson on their way to upstate New York!This kind of dedication to customer service should be commended! I’d give him 10 stars if they were available on Google! Thank you Mohammed for making sure the bouquet arrived safe and beautiful. We are headed over to the family’s house now and I’ve never seen such a beautiful bouquet of fruit!Thank you thank you thank you if I could do more, I would. I will use your location in Bergenfield again in the future for all of my fruit bouquets.By the way this was my first time using Edible Arrangements®️ and it was an excellent example of giving a great impression the first time!

Following up on the review with Mohammed from the Bergenfield location. He was unbelievably amazing and over accommodating! He went above and beyond and made my day 10xs less hectic- from visiting a very sick family memeber in ICU to the passing of my great aunt and driving around like a chicken with my head cut off. I truly couldn’t ask for more! THIS is what every customer service exceperience should be like- no doubt! Thank you so much Mohammed!! ❤️🙌🏻🥰

Good fruit but way to pricy, just go to a supermarket for fraction of the cost!

Was not satisfied with being charged to deliver something across the street and getting charged for something more when I told them I had a budget of a certain amount. The man on the phone practically wasnt listening to me.
