Really beautiful

One of my favorites. Small so not always a big selection but they make up for it with kindness.

Good coffee but unfriendly staff. Many tourists from the hotel so please be nice.

Dark roast coffee was cold, I asked if I could heat it up. One of the lady baristas was passive aggressive suggesting my coffee was not hot cause it was a mobile order. I stated I just placed the order like 5 minutes ago. She started ranting about something not relating to the problem and being upset at the other barista, but it was towards me(the customer)I told them I left my coffee and I didn’t need it anymore and the least a customer expects is hot coffee and I was going to leave a bad review. The lady continued ranting and I said to her “you have a mouth and I have a mouth” as I left the premises. Never coming back here even when is so convenient to my house. I rather go to the Gillette location, such nice and happy people even when they are so busy there. I guess this location can care less of the quality of service of this location, since there are lots of tourist because of the hotel. They will never be back to experience the bad demeanor ofSome of the employees there. I saw this barista upset with another group of customers when I arrived that were eating at the counter, near her. She told them off loud and not nice, the group answered nothing and just moved. I guess she expected me to do the same, just say nothing. I leave this review cause it is only coffee and you like it the way you like it, the worse is to have to be dealing with a difficult employee for a mere cup of coffee. This experience was on Saturday 10/16/2021 around 9:50am.

The very friendly staff took good care of me. Lots of room in this location as it is in the hotel. Lots of comfy couches and chairs to enhance your visit.

I hate Starbucks coffee but it was built in to the hotel so had no choice. But.... For Starbucks lovers.... I would think it would be a hidden gem. Staff and people were all fantastic.

Very disappointing $17 and change for two grande coffee and two impossibles and they were burnt, grrrr. I definitely would have taken them back if we were eating inside. One star because it was a nice big place.

Reasonably solid Starbucks. Location a bit out of the way unless youre staying at the hotel, or work in the Connell complex ... but good if you do. A bit pricier than average, but not brutally so.

Nice store and lovely employees! Unfortunately, they dont redeem rewards here, so keep that in mind!

I recently visited Embassy Suites for a wedding and during my stay I visited the Starbucks three times. Each time the store did not have the first couple of items I ordered. The first time the gentleman was very apologetic and assured me it was an issue they were working on and should be corrected by my next visit. I understand if it’s one or two things but each time I went back it was three or four things until I could actually get something. When I asked who the manager was, the young woman helping me said she was in the office, but probably wouldn’t come out to talk to me if I had a complaint. While I waited for my drink and food she came out grunting and shouting to herself, and I thought this must be a joke. The girl handed me my items and said I could go to her with my concern now that she was out of the office but at that point it looked to me like I would hit confrontation instead of resolution so I decided I would no longer visit the store during my stay. It is a shame because the hotel was wonderful and the store itself is beautiful.

The best, coziest, nicest Starbucks Ive ever seen so far.I thought it was an independent store, I came to redeem my expiring stars for a Latte, but this location doesnt redeem stars, but it helps to earn new stars.Its not far from highway, about 5 minutes after taking exit 43 west bound 78.I dont regret stopping atvthis location and discovering it for myself.Very very nice store with outdoor seating

Its a very clean location. The workers were attentive as soon as you walked into the building.

Awful. Drink was terrible. They also ran out of short cups. Asked them to remake the drink and it was worse than the first one.

I was not there. It happened to be in the hotel i stayed at. Just personal taste, Im not a fan of Starbucks.

One of the best Starbucks I have ever visited

This is a really beautiful new Starbucks. Sadly THEY DO NOT ACCEPT REWARD POINTS. This is because it is licensed through the attached hotel. That said, they have nitro cold brew here and it’s rarely overwhelmingly busy. Worth a stop if you’re a Starbucks person.

The hotel accomodations were excellent as well, comfortable and very clean !!!

Im sorry but its the slowest Stabucks i ever been too. Its always slow... need new management that runs it like a real starbucks..

Very nice store inside a Acme store.

The barista seemed to be having a bad day on my last visit. First he got my order wrong and then left the cold brew tap running so that it overflowed everywhere LOL

Someone needs to edit the hours. I’m not from the area and searched a Starbucks. Drove all the way out there to find out it is not 24 hours but closed at 6pm. Please beware and don’t waste your time. Very inconsiderate.

My bag was stolen within an hour and never found. Wasnt even able to get in contact with the manager.

I had to repost maybe someone will listen at Starbucks or Embassy Suites. Your paying top dollar for a coffee and there is always just 2 people behind the counter.. this is not a real starbucks and if it is they need to put more people behind the counter. So sad.. i dont know why i go here, happens everytime

Never coming back. Waited 30 minutes in line for slow baristas to make drinks. I had 8 people in front of me and that number did not change in 30 minutes. This is sad to say because the inside is beautiful, but the customer service is terrible and the people working there are rude and passive aggressive.

This is a super nice Starbucks attached to a hotel. Its set up for people to be able to work all day long if they need or want to. Its quite big.

So I understand that places have closing times, but when you are travelling you have no way of knowing this. I thought if you close at 8:00pm. that is the time you close not 7:56 and it would be polite to come and tell you and not just stare at you. This I believe is basic customer service.

One of the best locations Ive visited. Decor suited for every taste, student nukes, bar style tables, windows overlooking the horizon and best of all outside sitting either at a table or comfy chairs. As usual friendly staff serve yummy summer drinks along with coffee staple. Thanks !you

One of the largest and nicest locations Ive ever experienced! Plus, the coffee is spot-on. Theres a ton of beautiful seating, spilling over into that hotel shared space. There was just one person at the register (very helpful and friendly) and one barista (great at making the drinks but seemed grumpy), which could get troublesome should it have been busier. Would definitely return to this location to get work done or have a meeting!

Worst service ever ! Took them over 45 mins to serve and the 2 out of 3 orders were wrong. Only 2 stuff during the breakfast rush hour.

Staff was polite and if you walk around the corner and into the hotel it is attached to there are some really comfy chairs and couches which were great to sit and so coffee and read on. Also I was worries this would be a dinky little Starbucks on the lobby of a hotel, but it was a full service Starbucks with its in entrance and parking lot.

Being the only person working around the time I come in, I see her taking multiple orders at a time and constantly running around getting things done In a timely fashion and with a smile on her face. Nicest Starbucks I have ever been to. Out of the way, located inside the Embassy Suites hotel.Very clean, and its not located next to anything so there are no moochers stinking the place up.

Horrible service while staying in the hotel last Saturday morning, there were 2 employees at Starbucks. The woman tried her hardest to accommodate all of us while her coworker did absolutely NOTHING. Conversed with his buddy while making drinks, litterly stop making a drink to go through photos with his buddy. Then cops an attitude when I ask where my drinks are. My brother-in-law had a sandwich that they left in the oven for 12 minutes. I suggest the woman get a raise and fire the useless one.

Kris and her team are the friendliest and keep this location clean and enjoyable.

This starbucks is always busy and they dont even have the sandwiches mentioned on the menu.

New, very cozy, plenty of seats and windows, bright view of the outside. Easy to park.

I went in to order a normal drink on the menu. The lady at the cash register told me they are out of that drink. So I order a different drink on the menu, and pay for it. They then tell me after the fact that they also dont have the ingredients for that drink. Then when I asked is it normal for this location to be out of the ingredients for their regular menu, she has an attitude about it and rolls her eyes and shrugs her shoulders. As if im waisting her time. But Ive already paid for a drink that they cant even give me, so why is she the one with the attitude when they just took my money, and didnt even offer to give me my money back. Granted its only $4, but how many times a day are they letting people pay for things they dont even have? Its poor business practice.

Amazingly clean and fast service, and very light traffic on Sunday mornings.

Repeated my drink order twice; Corrected the cashier about the drink I wanted when she said latte... and yet I still left with the wrong drink. If it wasnt a drink I was buying for someone else I would have tasted it and knew it was wrong, but unfortunately it was for someone else. How disappointing!
