Awesome environment and lots of choices for how small the shop is! Very friendly employee there threw in directions for dreidel in yiddish along with a purchase of a lovely, reasonably priced menorah.

At first no one greeted me due to being an African American Woman but, once I got the attention of a Woman employee she was very helpful, professional and knew her stock. I was able to get what I needed for the Hanukah display at my Senior building, which made it a success!! The store is well stocked with what you need.

Great Judaica store! Afikomen has everything - books, jewelry, hard to find kosher items, stuff for kids, and any kind of ritual object youd ever want. Chaim and Nell are amazing and help you pick things out if you need, or give great recommendations. They are true professionals.

The sole staff person was friendly and helpful when I asked for advice.The store specializes in books, learning aids, and other articles about Jewish religion and culture. Many items of this kind may not be available in other bookstores in the Bay Area.

I rarely get to Afikomen but I love this store. I moved to Denver and knew I would stop at Afikomen for my Chanukah necessities while I’m visiting the Bay Area for Thanksgiving. They had everything!
