Really value having access to this gem and enjoy bringing my children here I called just this past Friday to check and be sure the hours I had were correct and was told indeed they were open Friday and Saturday until 530 pm so my kids all four piled in my truck and we took off arriving at about five pm as we entered and browsed around for maybe a couple minutes a woman approached us and said they were closing in five minutes and I said but I called and was told you were open until 530 my 3 year old started crying the others had long faces . We got ready to walk out as more customers walked in the woman turned to us and said well actually you can stay if you want since more people are here ….. yeah well I’ve been a good customer up until that moment I think not 👋

Was in the store with my one year old and quietly and gently bounced the ball to my small child to see if she liked it and was interested in it. The lady at the front desk quickly walked over and said “we do not allow play with the toys!?” No playing with toys!? What kind of TOY store is this. We quietly left without buying anything and will not be back

A wonderful neighborhood toy store the likes of which is unfortunately disappearing in the age of Amazon. Great selection of interesting things for all ages of children and adults. A gem of a store.

This toy store is one of the best I’ve ever been too. Location was easy to find with lots of street parking. Excellent selection- toys, books, etc for every age at a variety of price points. The staff were super friendly too.

Sweet Dreams Toy Store had several sets of 120 Prismacolor pencils in stock when Pearl (on La Cienega) did not. Not only that but Sweet Dreams Toy Store wanted sixteen dollars less for the pencils than Pearl would have had Pearl had the pencils in stock. I flashed my textbooks and received full student discount on the pencils and a novelty book I impulsively grabbed. I love Sweet Dreams Toy Store because Sweet Dreams Toy Store came through for me. I bet Sweet Dreams Toy Store rarely, if ever, disappoints. Sweet Dreams Toy Store feels like an artists dream!

Great toy store. Buying gifts for birthdays this weekend and found ourselves the only patrons at 6:15. They were so polite they didnt even tell us they closed at 6:00! We hurried along once we realized it but that really struck me as nice customer service. Sorry, well get it right next time!

Great selection of toys with a fantastic helpful staff. I was accidentally overcharged and when I went back was refunded without question. The kids loved their gifts!

One of the best simple old school toy stores around.

They only had three female action figures in the entire store. One of which was Rey with a male pratorean guard. I would have bought an action figure either for myself or one of my nieces if there had been a devede selection at all.My local cvs has a better selection of female action figures. I guess theyre getting the sale.

Its a lot bigger on the inside than how it seems outside. Awesome selection and great atmosphere.

They have the Best toys and toy folks in town!Go get yourself some Playmobil and then make sure to walk down to their candy store and stuff your face with chocolate covered gummy bears!!!

This is the perfect place for a birthday present for a little kid it was really easy to find something but I think they were overstaffed it was like three people there that were trying to help me.

Large selection of Lego Sets, stuffed animals, gag gifts/tricks, new games, and the window display is always amazing. Plus they giftwrap!
