Love this place. The owner is super nice and lots of study space for students, including outlets. Matcha latte is really good! Their coffee in general is excellent.

Lovely coffee and amazing atmosphere to just come and sit. I love the vibe of the place. Would highly recommend to try the Red Velvet Mocha Frappe. A little unusual, but very very good!

Dont be in a hurry when youre going for coffee at SoDoI. They grind and hand-brew each cup to perfection. Perfection takes time :) This is coffee the way its meant to be. Warm, rich and delicious. The atmosphere is Bohemian Coffeehouse. Enjoy!

Coffee is good from what Ive had (large Americano) but there are so many interesting fun options! Red ginseng latte, strawberry matcha iced latte, and red velvet latte to name a few! Im excited with their spread.Also the ice creams look delicious and I look forward to trying them! Pastries could definitely use some work though, especially considering the pastry game thats been going on in these Bay Area cafe with Third Culture and other fantastic bakeries. Very average/subpar chocolate croissant, but honestly Im here more for the coffee and study environment, so I stand by my 5 stars.Service is great. The place is nice. But coffee eh.... In a paper cup? Really? That doesnt match up with the fancy environment.

While I didn’t get anything there, the service was incredible: it was my friend’s birthday, and she lives in Berkeley so I wanted to call a coffeeshop and oddly request if I could prepay for a birthday treat over the phone. I called in, and Janice was incredibly sweet and helped me out with the birthday plan!

The best (and only) legitimate coffee-phile shop in this area specializing in pour overs and positivity. Love love love! ^__^

Decent spot that only does pour overs. The lighting inside is dark and will be to some peoples liking.

Very nice, normally don’t like black coffee but theirs is really good.
