I don’t live nearby but I actually love to drive to 4th Street to visit The Benefit store. I always know that I am receiving a warm welcome and fabulous service. The associate always greets me and asks if I need help. No matter how busy it is in there. And they are always pretty busy. I am grateful for them and the service I receive. The store manager, Jasmin, greeted me at the door. This already showed me how professional they are and how much they care about the customer.Keiyanna did my brows and she was amazing. She was kind and walked me through everything she was doing, like it was your first time doing anything to your brows. She was amazingly attentive to my skin tone and everything. I will be will be coming here again.

Beth is best. Ive been going to her for my brows for 20 years. She always takes her time, listens to what you want and makes good suggestions. And she is such a lovely person.

I went and saw Keiyanna and she is amazing, so sweet and just gives off positive vibes for sure. I was late ( Bay Area Traffic) and she still took me. Which Im aware she fully did not have to do. Ive been enjoying my TRIO, (brow and lash tint and brow shape/wax), visits at Benefit Berkeley since the late 90s! I moved up to Santa Rosa in 2015, but I make special visits JUST to have the team pretty me up! Yesterday I saw a familiar face, well at least the eyes, BETH!!! I made an appointment earlier this week to do my eyebrows today. My appointment was at 11 am and despite it being busy, I was still helped on time. I want to give these ladies a shout-out for doing such a great job at helping customers despite issues. There were some technical issues and low staffing, but despite that the ladies were able to get everyone attended. I had my brows waxed my Elizabeth and she was so kind. I appreciated her taking the time to show me what areas she was planning on waxing. She had a gentle hand and I did not feel a thing! Im so happy with how my brows came out.I felt safe being here because they had the doors open, staff were constantly sanitizing themselves and their areas, and there was social distancing. I rebooked an appointment and will be going again next month!

It was the first time I had my eyebrows done by someone other than myself since SIP happened. A little note, I knew this was serious when sometime in 2020 I had received an email letting me know that Benefit was closing. I knew it I was in for a long year. Anyway as soon as we could I rushed to book an appointment and I selected Kiyanna. She explained everything to me and it was just like the first time. My eyebrows were twins and had come out perfectly. I will be using this location and Kiyanna again. Thanks for making me feel human again.

Got my brows waxed as well as a tint. I used to go to the closest salon to my home, but this is a whole new ballgame! the aesthetician was knowledgeable, nice, welcoming and a true expert at shaping and cleaning. The station was tidy and clean and everyone was wearing masks, making me feel safe and comfortable. Thank you Benefit, I’ll be back !

I had a fabulous experience with Cole. She asked questions germane to my eyebrows. I got shaped, waxed, and tinted. Im so pleased and will return every month with Cole.This was my second visit at Benefit - after high recommendations from my hairstylist. My 1st visit with another tech was lackluster but due to the rave reviews for Benefit and pro tips from my stylist, I decided to try again. Im so glad I did because I love Cole. Highly recommend.

I adore the ladies at this benefit location. Elizabeth is a gem and really skilled at her job. Ive been getting my brows done by various people for over ten years and can confidently say that no where else does as great of a job as consistently as benefit. The team at this location always makes me feel very welcome and comfortable.

I usually am ecstatic about the brow bar but this time I felt done wrong and ripped off, I got a brow wax and tint and first off I was made to comeback in an hour and a half before I could be helped then when I came back made to wait another 15 minutes then instead of outlining and waxing my brows she just slaps on a ton of brow tint that did not look like taupe or light brown so I ended up with splotches AND patches all over and around my brows and tint in my pores that was really obvious, not to mention because the tint was soo dark I was walking around looking like Frieda, then she tells me they look great and takes off ?? And one the other girls acts bothered because I ask if they could fill them in and conceal which she does fast and sloppily . I had to walk across the street to the MAC store (Thank You Ladies! ) to get them filled in and fixed to look as normal as possible. Ugh and the thing that gets me is I paid $34 plus a $5 tip for a worse job than what I would get from a nail shop.

Such friendly helpful and kind staff. They do awesome lash and brow tints and even offer sessions where you learn how to do makeup tricks! Parking can be tough, but worth the look!

Had my eyebrows done one day here and I love them. The person that did my eyebrows was the best. Since I live in Richmond I have tried to find another person with the same skills as her but I haven’t been successful. I even tried going to another eyebrow bar in ulta but it wasn’t the same. They know what they are experienced.

I had my eyebrows tinted and waxed. This was my first time getting my eyebrows tinted. The colors were matched well to add to my eyebrows without going overboard. I really liked the results of the tinting and it lasted a long time while gradually fading back to natural.

This is my go to for getting my brow and lip waxes done. I used to wear and buy Benefit Cosmetics -- its clever packaging is alluring and the makeup does wonders -- but my skin often got congested with the base foundation. I used the skincare line as well but found better results with Ren for my skin (oily/dry combo). The sales associates and estheticians are skilled and efficient. Ill usually be in the chair for less than 10 min and they give you a touch up afterwards.
