They are Americas Original Headshop!! All my rolling needs and desires. Also have really nice gifts and goodies.π
Super nice and laid back staff members. The dude working there told me that theyre the oldest Headshop in the US! Cool!
The staff is really nice and everything is fairly priced and good quality 100% would recommend
First visited in 1976. Was grateful to have this kind of shopping experience, when legalization was a glimmer and a refrain. The shop is authentic pre Y2K. Recently visited and felt so comfortable, actually I was more comfy in Freds company than I am in most dispensaries. A Landmark for this boomer, grateful it has survived the gentrification of the East Bay! Peace
I have been frequenting Annapurna for over 30 years. I now travel from Vallejo to fulfill my Head Shop needs. This shop has paraphernalia styles that span many decades, the old school to the newest designs at fair prices. Did I mention the fair prices??? Customer service is off the charts wonderful; very experienced and pleasant to talk with. Always a cool experience.
The guy at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions I had about Kratom. He genuinely was concerned that I was informed on all the options. It was nice to receive that level of concern and professionalism. Great place!
The guys here are nice and very helpful. I like being able to come in and try all the new juices and they always help me fine a flavor I would like.
Such a cool store. 10/10 recommend.Super heady stuff and awesome glass wear. :)
I find this place pretty hit and miss. Sometimes really nice, sometimes lots of attitude/pretense - guess it depends whos working. I have been in where it frankly seems like the employees/owners (?) goal is to be as unhelpful and conceited as possible. I do like the feel/decor of the place, has an older head shop vibe.
Best store on Telegraph! Customer service is awesome and the store smells so good! Great place to find random cool gifts too!
I absolutely love this place! They have the best smelling incense! And their sage sticks are reasonably priced.
Oh...Annapurna in Berkeley...the beginning of many wonderful and fun experiences. I started shopping there in 75, Im 62 now, a disabled retired, vteran. Staff was ALWAYS professional, knowledgeable, but easy to talk to and courteous. Every time I am in the Bay Area, I try and stop in.Take care.Ken Chiancone
I have been coming back here since 1986 when I went to high school in Berkeley. The finds this time were very unique magnets and an Oscar Wilde action figure. From incense to glassware, this is The Spot.
Annapurna was my mecca for all things counterculture. I still have things I bought there 40yrs ago!
Always helpful and friendly staff that give me exactly what Im looking for.
Place was awesome very authentic the guy at the shop was very cool.
Impatient and conceited. I called hoping to sell some hand-blown glass pieces to them. I dont plan to spend any money there now... or ever. Thanks for the service.
Staff is friendly, and offers discounts for buying in bulk
Great selection
