This is a great store with an amazingly varying collection of cards and gifts.Keep in mind when reading reviewsIf a business does not pay Yelp or google the site arranges the reviews to show more negative reviews, but once the business pays them the reviews magically reorganize to show a more positive presentation. Its about 1,000.00 a month to claim a business.*I have no affiliation with Greetings, I just like their stuff*

They have nice gifts! But one lady working there is SO RUDE! She watched these two young teen girls who were looking at earrings, like a hawk, as if they would break something! Also some other teens came in and were taking pictures of things they wanted but didn’t have enough money for, and she stated screaming not to take pictures! (She’s the lady with the dyed purplish red hair FYI)!

The collection of stuff here is so unusual and funny, the store definitely has a sense of humor. I think the other reviews are right that its a bit expensive, and the service is meh, even though I know better than to carry my coffee drink around the store.

After reading the other reviews, I found out my experience at Greetings was not unique!My family and I were in the area, on the morning of May 25, to eat at Zacharys. We walked around prior to eating, to check out the local shops.My daughter noticed a book in the window that caught her attention, and she started reading the cover to us. She was excited about the book, and wanted to go in and possibly purchase it with her allowance money.Unfortunately, we werent able to. As soon as we walked in, my daughter headed towards the display window, and the horrible woman working there stopped us in our tracks, and yelled at my daughter. She screamed for her not to touch the book. She said dont just grab things if she wanted to look at it, she needed to ask her first.Shocked, my husband replied, well I guess we are leaving, and rushed us back outside. We didnt even get a chance to get all the way through the door. My daughter was upset which angered me. I have never has such a horrible experience before, but we took it as an opportunity to teach my daughter how to handle miserable grumpy people. We explained that she had done nothing wrong, and some people just dont know how to interact with other people.We thought maybe the lady was just having a very bad day, but from reading the reviews of others, that day seems to go on into the next day, and the next day.I never wish ill will to anyone, but a person like that, needs a reality check, especially if your job involves working with people, let alone children. She should not work there, and I feel bad for anyone else who has to interact with her on a daily basis, or ever!Her scary face left a lasting effect on myself, as well as, my familysLuckily, we are happy people and enjoyed the rest of our day and our pizza, despite the daggers of such an unfortunate person.Will not ever come back. Shame upon her!

I always find a card I like there. Great selection. Easy to pop in and out and they have some fun tsotchkes!

The items sold are nice and unique, but the customer service is dreadful. Mostly sneers and occasionally someone will rudely and frustratedly ask to hold your drink. I am not at all opposed to setting my drink down- especially in a gift store, but the clerks seem so absolutely fed up with it. People - its 2016- many clients are going to be shopping while holding a drink. Your store is next to a Peets and a Starbucks among many other restaurants. Treat your customers with some dignity.

I was appalled that on my google maps scavenger hunt I was unable to find an American flag in this store! How un-patriotic!
