I love this hobby shop it might be small but they have some of the best prices out there especially in the Bay Area. The employees are great at helping you find whatever you need and if they dont have it they will order it for you. They supply RC cars, models, quad copters, and other really cool things. If youre into the RC hobby or into modeling and youre in the area I urge you to visit this hobby shop.

A plethora of radio controlled things on 4 wheels, flying things, drones etc. And super friendly knowledgeable service. Will definitely be coming back. Love this place!!

The guy who runs this place is terrible. He acts like he knows everything about the RC products and if you ask him questions hell be dismissive and rude. Then when you finally get him to give an answer, go double check it online and youll see hes just making stuff up. He doesnt know anything and I guess he is used to customers who either already know what they want and dont ask him, or who are beginners and wont know the difference between useful advice and his BS. Yore better off just buying stuff online.

Very disappointing service, the first couple of times i visited this store I was greeted in a friendly manner, and found the service to be good. As long as your spending money the owner is very pleasant. On the last occasion I bought a high end RC transmitter, which turned out to be faulty, initially i was told that, this was probably my fault (ie. user error) after returning to the store with the brand new unit i had bought a few days prior, the owner conceded that it was in actual fact faulty. He initially made up some story to get me to leave and return another time, our next conversation did not go so well, as he refused to exchange the faulty unit for a new one or give me a refund. He left me no choice but to deal with the manufacturer directly (that ended up repairing the unit at my shipping cost in both directions). Considering how much money I had spent in his store previously, I found his attitude to be very short sighted, had he done the right thing he would have gained a loyal costumer. Instead he left we with a very sour taste in my mouth.

I can go through any number of reasons why I love this place but the number I chose while writing this review hella late is 4.1. Good hours.2. Knowledgeable.3. Friendly.4. Variety.You can get anything from rc drift cars and models to drones and Gundams. I just recently joined the boss robot hobby club and its pretty awesome. but Ive been getting Gundams there for a while though. Big fan of the place. 👐

Finally, a hobby shop thats made for customers, with and without expierience! Ive gone to the other larger stores & have gone thru being followed around by security to being spoken to as if I was mentally challenged or something.Here at this shop, the cat behind the counter is very knowlegable & is very cool to speak with.This place will get my business every time.

Be warned that if you buy something here and have any problems with it, then youre on your own. All sales are final, even if the item is defective or missing parts. The owner will just say its your problem and you need to call the manufacturer. Given that everything can be purchased cheaper at Amazon, I dont know why youd shop here. Rude service, no customer satisfaction, and high prices. I learned my lesson. At least with Amazon, they will refund a defective item no questions asked and they charge less.
