Josh and his assistant Lindsay provided some of the best service I’ve had in a LONG time. They really take the time to answer questions and explain how to manage pain & footwear selection. I was so impressed by how all the other service professionals were also so attentive with their clients in the store.It is a very busy shop, so please allow a wait time. I tried to get there about noon (I drove an hour south after I saw all the great reviews), and then a line started to form outside.Also suggest bringing in your most used insoles and most comfortable shoes for them to get an idea of your issues. This helped immensely.The prices are high, but for the stellar service, I’d pay that again, no doubt about it.Thank you again Josh! You are definitely getting all the recommendations! I was blown away by my experience with Christine and Josh at Lafoot Plus. Christine spent ~2 hours with me doing a 3-point gait analysis, trying out multiple running shoes, and most importantly putting in custom cut heel cushions and tongue cushions to take care of my multiple of injuries, discomforts, and foot / running issues. She was so knowledgable, so patient, friendly, never made me feel rushed, I felt like I was taking up too much time and she reassured me that it was okay. Shes going to physical therapy school and it really shows. I saw her associate Josh meet with multiple customers and be really patient and understanding even when the customer wasnt the most friendly/understanding. Honestly this made my whole day. Ive been having such a hard time finding the right shoe, Ive tried several running shoes over 6 months and nothing has felt good. Im truly blown away and honored and just so excited about this store. They also have their own custom ratings for shoes based on support and other metrics that I believe the owner who is also a physical therapist created with orthopedic specialists if Im not mistaken.

Ive often thought about going to LaFoot and decided to go on a recommendation of my podiatrist. They were very patient and helpful in finding a shoe to help me walking.

This place has some of the best customer service Ive ever encountered. The staff is educated about feet, gait, etc,, and really strive to find a shoe that will work for you. They will also discuss when shoes dont work for you and are in no way trying to push a sale. They are only trying to find a good shoe for you.

Assessed foot situation as well as tightness in calf immediately. Knew it was correct because Sports Therapist had already diagnosed. Selected a great pair of shoes and inserts for my highschool athlete.
