The staff appeared to be helpful and were friendly but never called me back to let me know if they found the mirror at a vendor for my vehicle. I called back and spoke to someone else who said he would leave a message for the person I was dealing with. He still has not called me back to let me know if they are able to get the part or not. So I’m taking my business elsewhere.

The worst customer experience I have had in a very long time. The glass took 2 months longer than estimated to deliver, WITH NO COMMUNICATION, only to arrive with a chip in the corner. They agreed to reorder the piece but I’ve heard nothing. And can’t get a hold of them.

Henderson was recommended by my Autoclub to replace my cracked windshield. After a little delay to order an OEM windshield and the XMAS holidays, Leo arranged for a prompt and professional installation including recalibrating the Lane Departure System on the vehicle. The car was ready as promised with the windshield as good as new. Leo kept me in the loop.Would recommend Henderson in the future for glass repair or windshield replacement

I made an appointment through their answering service to have my van windshield repaired. In the appointment I stated the year, make and model of my vehicle. I arrived for my appointment and upon entering noticed the employees not wearing masks even though there is an order requiring it. One quickly put it on. The other reluctantly did so. During the brief exchange I had with the employee he stated Yeah, to be honest we really dont like to work on these vehicles.Now.... why wouldnt they just called me in the morning rather than waiting for me to arrive to tell me that bit of news? Thanks for wasting my time.

Took me calling every day for a week to even get a quote when they had my table in their possession. All I wanted to do was put down my deposit to start the process but they never would call me back. Now it’s been 5 weeks when the job they quoted would be 2-3 and still do not have my order back. They always say they will call back and never do which is a continuous theme with this store. Was told a week ago my order was on the way and should be there that day and still hasn’t arrived. Would not use them ever again because of the poor customer service. It cannot be that hard to call a customer back with updates instead of having to call all the time to get them. If they didn’t know when my order was coming in just say that don’t keep saying it’s coming in today and it never shows...

They do excellent work on a timely basis at very reasonable prices. Estimates are free. Been using them for years.

Henderson Glass in Berkley does solid work. I came in for a review mirror re-bond to the windshield and they did it in 15 minutes at no charge. This would be a 5 star review, had it not been my second visit. I was initially turned away for not having an appointment scheduled, after being told on the phone that an appointment wasnt required. Make sure you insist on setting up an appointment before going in!

What a scary incident to have your window shattered from a huge rock on the expressway. In the midst of it all Henderson Glass was wonderful! Seth got me in the same day to have my entire window shield replaced. They cleaned all the glass out of the indise of my car. Price was also better then 2 other places I called.I would recommend this place to anyone needing car window repair!

Worst experience ever. Sales rep and manager were rude people. I have been going here for years but I never will again. They are awful at putting the customer first and cannot install windshields correctly. Spent $350 for nothing... Go to another business...

Quick and easy chip repair

BEWARE. I called last Wednesday for a quote for a storm door bottom glass. I was told $34.00 for the glass (tempered) and $20.00 for them to frame it, I then asked how much with delivery and was told $135.00. so I had my lawn guy drop off the frame and was going to have it delivered. He informed me that the cost was $101.00 for the glass and $135.00 for delivery. So I called, and the gentleman I spoke with stated I was misinformed with the first quote. I then told him what my quote was and I did not have the name of the person I spoke, with so Im stuck. Something that I thought would be less then $100.00 is now almost double what I was quoted. I have used this supplier, before but never again. I have sent several people to them, no more. The gentleman stated I misunderstood the quote. I told him he needs to retrain the staff. So now being single and female I need to have my lawn guy put in a storm door and hope it doesnt brake between getting it from supplier, home and in place. Unbelievable I choose them because I used them before I had cheaper quote from hardware stores. But used them due to the experience. If you call for quote tape the call they do not stand by it. I made the mistake of taking the quote over the phone with nothing it writing, my bad. No one stands by their words.UPDATE. I just picked up my window and they charged me what the original quote $56.04 in total I changed the review to show my satisfaction.

They replaced a windshield they installed 13 years ago that was chipped windshield at no charge because it had a water leak at the top. To repair the leak they needed to pull the windshield. Because it was chipped they expected it to break on removal. I would have been happy if they had charged me for the new windshield and gave me free labor. But instead the WHOLE JOB was covered by their warranty on this 13 year old windshield and was TOTALLY FREE! What more could anyone ever ask for??

Excellent service! My windshield was repaired within 1.5 hr.

Took vehicle in to get chip repaired. Out in a hurry. @ weeks later started to spread!!! So much for guaranteed not to growwent back - let me see how much a new window will cost you. did not even bother to look at window before he suggested. I asked if he could look at to see if he can fix again - of course not.THEY want to sell you a new window.Never had issues with repair before... until henderson worked on it.

Very rude. I called up to set an appointment to get my windshield replaced on my truck, went in, and I guess because their area is under construction, they didnt want to deal with my truck.The man at the front desk was acting like a total dick.I wouldnt recommend dealing with these guys.
