Munro is the best place to find supplies. This place has everything you might want for crafting. They have a vast selection of different supplies you can’t find anywhere else local. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They’re knowledgeable about the products. Support a small business!

What a fantastic little store! they have such a variety of crafting supplies and SO MANY BEADS. I wish there were more size 10 Czech seeds and maybe silver sheets but that was totally fine bc I got everything else I needed. the employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10

I want you to imagine the best craft store youve ever been in. Despite appearing to be of a reasonable size, this store contains more than it logically should. Just when you think youve seen everything, you realize there are three additional rooms full of more wonders then should be allowed in a single venue. Truly this place has embodied the spirit of PT Barnum in a way that I have never experienced through any entertainment venue.

Nice store that has all type of jewelry, decorating and nik nak making supplies. They have crystal for jewelry and jewelry already to go. They have bags for retail or personal business use. You can use these to deliver your products to your customers. They have all type of things that are hard to locate.

Small store with craft items in every aisle, ceiling to the floor. If this place doesnt have what youre looking for, its likely not made anymore. Project items from styrofoam to Swarovski crystals, clock making to display props, adhesives, paints, tools, feathers, findings, and books. Bring comfortable shoes and patience because there is SO much to look thru. They have handicapped parking, are pet friendly, and have a customer bathroom. Its worth the trip.

They have a very large product selection to chose from. Always friendly and willing to help. Great place to shop for all my beading needs.

I was so excited to support a local, family-owned jewelry store to start my new business ventures but am very disappointed and I will not be shopping there again. The beads are very overpriced and the staff is very rude. Check return policy before buying anything from this store. Do not recommend.

If you like jewlery, crafts and shiny things, this store is paradise. Friendly staff to help you. Beads, chain by the foot, all kinds of findings. You can walk up and down the isles and find idea after idea or go directly to a hard to find part to do a repair.

Found this gem by accident driving by and I am amazed at the VAST inventory! If you need jewelry making anything they have it. I’m returning this week to show my daughter their enormous polymer clay supplies. Great service as well.

Munros is the place to go for crafting supplies for either amateur crafters or serious professionals. Cant leave there without purchasing something. Theres no place like it. The employees are extremely friendly. You can wander the aisles without being hassled. Yet theyre very helped when you ask for assistance. The prices are very good. Discounts are available if you buy in bulk too!

Ive been here a few times and enjoyed my visit both. Such a huge selection of beads and jewelry making supplies. Things are labeled with detail which makes selection a bit tough since I like to know what Im using, but if you know your stones and crystals you can find a little bit of everything here. The prices are very fair and affordable.

They were very helpful. Im making beeded flowers for my sisters wedding headpiece. I bought stones for this project, and when I got home I realized I had bought pearls without holes. Munro was very helpful in exchanging them.And refunding the difference in cash!

Nice shop in Berkley. A little overwhelming unless you are looking for a specific itemZ they didn’t have what I was looking for regarding bubble gum beads. The lady assisting me was very nice and helpful but I did over hear another sales associate speaking unkindly to a customer and she was visibly starting to get upset. I wasn’t impressed with the prices. I probably would not go back.

I took my sister there from California and she fell in love with the place. She is a jewelry maker and she went away with more than the she thought she would get. got a good clean chunk of a discount if you buy so much and she did

Bought many of my crafting supplies from here when I first started in jewelry making. They have a wide array of options at very reasonable prices. It was very easy to spend hours shopping here. I highly suggest visiting here before other big name retailers.

One of the best craft stores that Ive been to. They offer wall to wall products that any person would need in order to complete their crafts. The staff are knowledgeable and are good at explaining what will need to be done in order to finish your project. They even offer craft classes on certain days of the week.

Multipurpose jewelry/accessory store. Not very well organized, but plenty of beautiful stones, gemstones and findings in this store. Some of the clerks are extremely helpful, but not all of them. Be prepared for a wait on Saturdays because the close at 4pm.

I live in Canada and just received my first order from Munro Crafts. I was unable to find the supplies that I needed in my local craft store or from online Canadian companies but was hesitant to order from the US knowing the cost of shipping for heavier items. Munro Crafts not only called me regarding my order but went out of their way with shipping to save me lots of money. They have a huge selection of items. Their prices are great and the additional discounts on most products that are offered based on total spend are up to 50% off! Amazing! The products are as described. Part of my order was polymer clay and it was fresh. I cant say enough good things about this company and will buying all of my future supplies from this wonderful store!

Very cool store especially if you are a jewelry maker ( Im not), but there is quite a bit of different selection here. Far more in some areas than you could ever hope to find in Michaels or Hobby Lobby.

Wow what a gem of a store. Great selection and fantastic staff. I bought supplies for a project. Plenty of finishes and sizes in cable, ends to clamp, rings etc that I needed. As I explained my needs to the staff, they realized I was about to over buy a product and offered it in a smaller quantity, saving me over $20.

Reading through these reviews, I have to guess that you ladies are too sensitive. Every time I go to Munro they are busy busy, so yes it takes a minute to get checked out or ask a question at the counter. There is no line because the whole counter is also a display case where people shop...I absolutely love this store. Its packed with things I cant find elsewhere except for online and their pricing is really reasonable. Dont go in with 20 minutes to find 10 things because its not going to happen, go in with at least an hour to devote to searching and you will find all sorts of cool little craft components you didnt know existed. I do about 3 large trips to Munro a year and love it - and Ive never had the staff be rude to me.

Great family owned and very much family operated. Grandma where is the... was heard during my visit. Generations seem to know the huge amount of product well. But it was the older staff who had to help me find what I needed. Dont shop in a hurry not just because they are busy but do you dont miss something you might need or miss a chance to learn something new.

Store is loaded to the gills! Lots of jewelry making stuff, if your making jewelry this is the place to go. I was needing colors for some non jewelry resin projects and they had everything I wanted. Prices are great, some items below online prices!

We make an hour and a half drive to see and get some of most beautiful stones and beads to sew on! Its always amazing . They have a great and knowledgeable staff who can help you figure out anything! They have crafty makings as well.So many beads, seads and baubles!!

Amazing selections of so many jewelry and craft supplies that it boggles your mind. And not only jewelry, they have 2 seperate rooms full of supplies for making all kinds of crafts. That said, I have a question to the owner: why are the people who work here so frequently condescending towards the customers? Not just me, I notice it is a common theme in this place.

I have never felt more not welcomed in an establishment. The customer service sucks. They act as if asking them a question is forbidden. They are so overpriced. Its ridiculous. If I could have gave them zero stars, I would have. Pass this place by and stop by Suns Crystal & Beads on Woodard and 11 mile where your business is appreciated.

The selection for the seed beads I was looking for was limited in colors. The staff was ok but not friendly. The prices were high for what you get but overall if you needed something quickly you might find it there. The string they sold me was too thick for the beads I bought so I ended up going on Amazon to order something else. They did have a lot of fancier beads and alot of charms for bead prodjects, but they wanted 1.00 per charm again I found it cheaper on Amazon a bulk box of charms for a better price.
