First,I would start with how we made a reservation for three people off of one account. We got to the place and they told us extra details that was not included on the website. We got the owners number from a person at the place. He was extremely rude once we finally got in contact with him. He was not trying to compromise with us after we had paid almost $150 thinking we was not getting our piercing. So we tried to get in contact with the person at the shop to see if we can get a discount and he said he will do our piercing for free. So we went to the place today and he told us only one person can get theirs for free but the rest of us have to pay extra so at this point it totally a lack of communication all around. What tops it off is the person was new so he probably didn’t know what her was doing after all.

Phil is an amazing artist. This is where we go for all our tattoo needs. Highly recommended.

I have gotten 4 tattoos from this shop, 2 specifically from the owner, Phil. I also have my nose pierced from here from Phils wife, Lisa.Both are super accommodating and gentle. Both know how to calm nerves and talk you through anything you need. They treat you like family and have a great time talking and hearing your stories. I love that the city I have grown up in and have come to more than love, has tattoo artists that take their job seriously and that they care about the quality of work they give. They value their customers above everything.I remember that I had a specific issue with a tattoo I got (it was missing information. Not Phils fault AT ALL. I guess I didnt proofread enough) and I was a little freaked about it and he told me to come right back up and he fixed it for me right away! He makes sure you are completely satisfied!My 2 sisters and I only come here for our tattoos. We only recommend Phil and Ageless. Come time, I plan on coming and getting a bunch more tattoos. I have several I want.I do want to say, if you are looking for someone to do tattoos or piercings, come here and make your appointment fast! Phil is very popular. As he should be! His shop has won best tattoo shop in the metro Detroit area for 5 years!

I have been getting tattooed by Phil James since his apprenticeship and he has always been a true professional. His ability has grown over time to the unparallelled level it has now reached. After apprenticing his wife Lisa the quality of the shop has grown exponentially. They are always friendly and make all their customers feel like family. Lisa has grown into a fantastic artist herself with her own following of clients.

I got peircings here and there amazing. Great energy and we always stop by to visit the owner and his wife we love them and there cool stories.

I was so afraid to get my first tatoo but after knowing the owner Phil James for over 30Yrs I knew hes the one I had to go see. I called him n gave him descriptions of what I wanted n when I went in he had exactly what I wanted drawn up n put it on my shoulder n I was in aww after he was done at how perfect it was. Its been 2yrs now n no fading or anything wrong. If u want awesome art work done take a ride to Hazel Park n visit Phil or any of his staff they do amazing work n prices are reasonable.

Had gotten two piercings here. They are very informative and nice. Shop is very clean.

I got my first tattoo there when I was 17 and its right under my collar bone in fancy writing, i think you can see it in my picture, anyway Phil did my tattoo and its awsome the prices are also fair. Its now a year later and Im going back for a ocuple more tattoos. And my dad, his gf, my brother, and his gf go there and we all love it there. Everyone is freindly its an awsome place.
